First Corinthians 15:52 says that "the dead will be raised incorruptible" and that those who are alive at the time of Christ’s return for His saints "shall be changed." Jesus Christ is "the first fruits" of those who have died (1 Corinthians 15:20, 23). This means that He set the example and leads the way. First Corinthians 15:42 says that our "body is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruption." . Job wrote that he knew for sure that even after he dies and his skin is long gone, that "in my FLESH I shall SEE God" (Job 19:26 - all caps added for emphasis). So that means our bodies will consist of some kind of glorified flesh. Posted : 25 Mar, 2021 11:15 AM Its very strange indeed, rsvp and Moon, your assumed 'doctrine' that somehow when a glorified saint is given a new body, they will then be FORCED to have a new mind and heart at that moment??? Is it NOT the mind and heart that makes the decisions for the human body and not vise versa the human body direct the mind and heart??? Its been well proven that if you was to casterate a rapist, that it would still do not good in solving the problem of his raping because that takes place in his mind and heart, correct? So like wise is the Christian that has changed his/her mind and heart by divine POWER from above to be PERFECTED in Christ compared to the so called 'christian' that claims self power and keeps on sinning! Makes Makes obvious sense, doesn't it, when we ELECT to read the Bible in its context! Right? So 'aphtharsia' meaning by definition: 'incorruptibility' and 'indestructibility' as well as 'immortality' of a NEW HUMAN body, free of defects, cancer, aches and pains from the curse of sin in the context of the book of Corinthians, in ALL the chapter 15 that rsvp does not understand, nor Moon is the subject here! Paul is NOT speaking of a change of a MIND AND HEART per say in that chapter but a literal glorified body! You see? Its the MIND AND HEART is where the change takes place and that is done during the sanctification process WHILE STILL ON EARTH in the old body of mortal death! Moon and rsvp don't know the difference nor the CONTEXT of what Paul was teaching to the Corinthians that believed in being able to live without a body at death (spiritualism), as their PAGANISM/CULTISM background was in their belief and teaching before Paul converted them to truth! So it is with false teachers today that tell the LIE (twist context of Bible also) that its the body then that is the CORE problem and sins itself outside the will of the mind and heart, not the person in that human body. Strangely and unbiblical saying then, that when the saints get a new body, all sin will cease??? REALLY??? The real core teaching then is, when this so called bodily change takes place according to the modern day 'corinthians' before conversion, like rsvp implies and Moon states (she says - 'Only when Christians are given their Glorified body, will they then be Sinless') are actually implying that the mortal human body was all the problem all along and it changed the mind and heart!? LOL! So really then according to rsvp and Moon here, is then Adam and Eve bodies caused the problem in eating of the forbidden tree and not their disobedience in thought process of the mind/BRAIN in OBEYING what YHWH said NOT to do but thy did it anyway BY CHOICE??? REALLY rsvp and Moon??? You teach a foolish doctrine you two and certainly CONTEXTULLY dishonest and unbiblical then! So rsvp you also posted 1 Timothy 1:19,20 which speaks of 'holding on to faith and a good conscience' which would be done by the mind and heart and the body would follow along with that decision, right? Also Paul is clear that a Christian might elect to 'suffer shipwreck' if they was to give up 'faith and a good conscience' that takes place in the mind and heart, to become a continual sinner once again! This is where you disagree with Moon, rsvp, because she KNOWS its a Biblical fact that 'christian's' (fake ones) can loose their salvation, that is to have their names removed from the book of life! So once again rsvp, you and David's false teaching of 'once saved always saved' is JUST ANOTHER CULT teaching and not in the context of the Bible, stated so CLEARLY here in 1 Timothy 1:19,20!
