Admin	IS THERE SUCH A THING AS AN "UN-BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN?" Posted : 23 Aug, 2009 05:23 PM Have you ever pondered the term, "BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN?" It implies that there can be such a thing as an "UNBORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN!" To be in Christ Jesus is to be a follower of Him, and/or to "born again." But there is no way for one to be in Christ Jesus, and not be born again! Hence, there is no way for one to be a "Born Again Christian," for both "BORN AGAIN," and "CHRISTIAN," are the same exact thing, and are therefore superfluous, because the terminology exceeds what is sufficient or necessary. Posted : 26 Aug, 2009 04:35 AM well, lets get the theologian out of alex for once in a great while. to be born again means to be - literally, to be born from above. we losse all the truth in our christanese clutter. unless a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of heaven. His words, not mine. so what gives? I went from death to life, from clueless to understanding, when I got saved on nov 14th 1989. Been a long road, a hard road, but I am in christ, and he is in me. don't let commonality and common terms disuade you from what is right and true. born again, was coined by christ. its all true. - alex Post Reply

This is to differentiate the so-called Christians yet not born again. Remember devil can pretend to be the angel of light. Remember Judas? Remember Ananias? It is to remember us that Christian must be born again. And to remind us that we are born again and that we have the Holy Spirit of us. It has nothing to do with the term of unborn again Christians. One can understand "born again" to mean that a person has been regenerated, renewed in the blood of the Lamb. At the same time, we're told many tares will grow with the wheat in the same field. In this sense, you might say the tares are not born again, yet are Christian in the sense that they are growing in the same Church. So what does it mean to be born again, anyhow, and what does it mean to be a Christian? Post Reply
