While I was preparing breakfast this morning, by the grace of GOD, I picked up a cup which I had just put some water into, and without checking the temperature of the water I drank from the cup. Well, I instantly spit the water out of my mouth, because it was far from the temperature I desired it to be. :toomuch:
Before all of this happened, a song had just when off of the radio, speaking of Christians trying to blend with the world. :hearts:
My question for you saints of GOD (not for you to answer me, but to examine yourself) is Are you the right Temperature in the MOUTH of the LORD JESUS CHRIST?
GOD doesn't want us HIS people to be friends with this sinful, GOD-hating world. :boxing:

As we get closer to the LORD'S Return, let us be careful to Draw Closer to the LORD and not this evil world.

if we already have friends of the world, i don't think we should end our friendships with them. Aren't we suppose to spread the word of God to everyone we come in contact with? I have a friend who i've been inviting over and over again to go to church with me. she keeps saying no. i'm not going to give up on her. i've prayed for her. i don't pressure her. my invitation to go to church with me is given to her sporadically so she knows it's never too late to come to Christ.

Thanks for your very important question. :applause: Not being a friend of the world has to do with Not being a friend of the lust/sins of the world, not the actual people. Remember, JESUS was called a friend of Sinners.
Mt 11:19 JESUS said,
"The Son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold a MAN gluttonous, and a winebibber, a FRIEND of publicans and sinners. But wisdom is justified of her children.
1Ti 1:15
This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that CHRIST JESUS came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
Yet the LORD never was a partaker of the sins of sinners.
Heb 7:26
For such an HIGH PRIEST became us, WHO is holy, harmless, undefiled, Separate from Sinners, and made higher than the heavens; :applause: :dancingp:
So yes, continue to befriend the woman whom you spake of, as the LORD leads you to do so; and most importantly be that shining Light, that Godly example of a true Christian before her and Most importantly, before the LORD HIMSELF. Amen. Praise the LORD. :dancingp:
