The LawPosted : 29 Jul, 2009 05:41 PMIf a king gave a law, outlawing murder adultery, theft, the punishment would not fall on a man who wanted to commit the crime, but only those who actually committed the crime,a human lawmaker is only concerned with someones outward behavior, but god,who sees everything, looks for purity of heart rather than outward display,in other words, the murder that the heart commits is anger, the theft is envy and greed, the adultry is lust ect.,I beleive this is what paul speaks of in romans 7;14 Yes we are under grace, but the law is held up as a mirror to show us how far weve missed the mark!..................any thoughts? |

In Romans 7:17 Now it is no more I that do it but sin that dwelleth in me.Verse 18,For I know that in me( that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: |
