Has this man and his men who he pastes articles from, shown they have no Spiritual sight ?
Exodus is very clear, God prevented Moses from seeing the face of God....
Exodus 33:22 And it shall come to pass, while my glory passeth by, that I will put thee in a clift of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand while I pass by:
23 And I will take away mine hand, and thou shalt see my back parts: but my face shall not be seen.
That is EXACTLY, why the beginning of the Gospel links us from Moses who received the LAW, ( seeing the back parts of God in the MOUNTAIN, but GRACE AND TRUTH came by Jesus Christ, who IS THIS MOUNTAIN and declares (reveals for us to see His face) God to us.
Also, God spoke on earth on the mountain, now through Christ He speaks from Heaven, and much more we do not escape if we do not ;LISTEN.
The vail is cast over all nations, that is destroyed through Christ which is what enables us to SEE God with an OPEN FACE to BEHOLD THE GLORY OF THE LORD..........

Turn from Revelation 21, to 22, and we know God who is light now, and why we see His face, because His name( Jesus Christ) is written in our foreheads, to cast the name of the beast far away from our foreheads, the name of darkness is excelled by light, and NO NIGHT is there, which is satans kingdom of darkness is gone as God commanded the light to shine out of darkness in our hearts, God gave US LIGHT, to give THE LIGHT of the knowledge of the GLORY OF GOD, in the FACE OF JESUS CHRIST....

Now finally returning to what Jesus REVEALED to us. They SAW JESUS, but believed not, they did not be given to go to Jesus by the Father, so they remain in darkness unable to SEE..
John 6:36 But I said unto you, That ye also have seen me, and believe not.
37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.
Then, Jesus tells us of the comforter, how Jesus will go away so He can return to us to comfort us.
THE WORLD CANNOT SEE THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH EVER.
But the ones given by God do know Him, for He (Christ) dwells in them..
John 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

Why do we think it is told so simply, how Philip wanted to SEE THE FATHER?
Because knowing the Son is knowing the Father, seeing the Son, is seeing the Father ( same one)
