This analogy is going to be uncomfortable for some but it's well worth not only thinking about but acting upon it quickly Ask yourself this, would you play Russian roulette for let's say $10,000? Probably not , how about for $100,000? Still probably not , maybe for let's say $1,000,000,000? be honest well maybe, but still it's a little risky why ? because you value your life of course But how about with your eternal life do you value it too? Think about this though , every tick of the clock is a chance for salvation to get it right with Christ And every time the hand of the clock moves per second you have a chance to confess your sins to Christ believe he died and rose again on the third day and therefore you would be born again and have eternal life with him in heaven. Hebrews 9:27 says it's appointed for us once to die and then the judgment, it's one or the other havean or hell and the death ratio is still 1:1 Again every tick of the clock is a click of the gun , so why play russian roulette with your eternity ? get saved today and Christ himself will take the gun from your hand and you will have the peace that surpasses all understanding from The Prince of Peace Post Reply

I'd do it even if heaven and hell did not exist because I believe the teachings of Jesus and Gods laws are correct. I don't see avoiding sin as an inconvenience but something to strive for. We are created to glorify God as we are made in his image. Without this no man has a real purpose as everything they do will pass away and become nothing. Without a purpose what are we? Post Reply
ADAM7777 View Profile History	the unfriendly game of eternal russian roulette Posted : 15 Dec, 2020 01:51 AM not seeing what born again is, nor what love is, nor what Holiness is, what righteousness and unrighteousness are, to receive the sin done to others, is when we would hate sin, when someone else hurts us, but when we feel nothing good towards others, to sin against another not only does not make us feel that pain caused, but pleasure is derived from the selfish act the sinner commits and says they are trying to do better! sorry also to the thread writer, but a conscience or eyes cant be given by man, so striving is according to what we are given, or in all cases not given.
