The wicked are reserved to the day of judgement.
Jobs friends comforted him, in vain, as there was falsehood in their answers..
Job 21:29 Have ye not asked them that go by the way? and do ye not know their tokens,
30 That the wicked is reserved to the day of destruction? they shall be brought forth to the day of wrath.

The idols declared vanity, the false prophet diviners comforted in vain, s they also saw a lie.
God is angry against those merciless lying goats, against the false shepherds..
Zachariah 10:2 For the idols have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie, and have told false dreams; they comfort in vain: therefore they went their way as a flock, they were troubled, because there was no shepherd.

Israel was covetous and went on forwardly in their own heart.
God healed his sheep with the new heart and Spirit given to them, the law righteously written in their heart.
God gave peace, but there is no peace to the wicked...
Isaiah 57:17 For the iniquity of his covetousness was I wroth, and smote him: I hid me, and was wroth, and he went on frowardly in the way of his heart.
18 I have seen his ways, and will heal him: I will lead him also, and restore comforts unto him and to his mourners.

20 But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt.
21 There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.
Christ the Shepherd who lays His life down for the sheep, proclaimed what is acceptible, to comfort the mourners.
Blessed are the mourners, they will be comforted..
Isaiah 61:2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
Matthew 5:4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
Christ gave His judgement, some in their lifetime received comfort, and they gave no comfort to others, they will be tormented, and the ones who received the evil, from the wicked, will be comforted..
Luke 16:25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.
If Gods love( the new covemant of the law ) is shed into our heart we keep the righteous ways of the Lord.
But the world cannot receive the Spirit of truth, they cant receive that comfort and peace being wicked..
John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
Now we received not that evil spirit of the world, but we received the Spirit which is of God to know and believe in the things of God. The natural man ( or woman) sees all as foolish..

Need to be afflicted to be truly guided by God to receive then His comfort for salvation..
2 Corinthians 1:6 And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation.
Now the false prophets speak anyway, they make us vain, they say peace to every one who walk after the imagination of his own evil heart. Is this Gods counsel the liar gives in Gods name even though He did not send them ?
Jeremiah 23:16 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the Lord.

No, if they were truthful comforted with the Spirit of truth as they claim they have ( they do not have ) they would speak about turning us every one from our evil ways, instead of saying we can do them..
Jeremiah 23:21 I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied.
22 But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.
Stop trusting in lying words God tells us before we lose our soul.
Thoroughly amend our ways, are the true words of God, the devils are, no need to.

Adam, something else you’re missing.
The Pharisees, who persecuted Jesus and the Apostles, likewise claimed they would never have persecuted the prophets of old like their forefathers did. But their persecutions of Jesus proved their complicity.
Kinda in a similar way, you condemn and accuse people on the forum of being evil Pharisees. But today, it’s not the Pharisees, its you doing the persecuting and you doing the false accusations and associations
To make matters worse, you self-righteously distance yourself from any association with former persecutors just like the Pharisees distanced themselves from the persecutors of old. But your actions on the forum belie your denials, in fact, your posts prove you are one of them

Well I see you are copying and pasting this same old response of yours in THREE other threads and so I will respond the same to expose your reasoning skills and your inconsistencies or complete fairness to others in your judgments on this forum.
Where does it say in the Bible the Pharisees at the time of Christ when he lived in the same 'likeness' of sinful flesh like us YET never CHOSE to sin, knew NO SIN and those Pharisees "would never have persecuted the prophets of old like their forefathers did' as you claim they said? The majority of the Pharisees back then were teaching their righteousness by their added NEW laws just like todays Pharisees (fair-u-see) teach by adding to Scripture what is NOT written!
The truth of the matter David is YOU and others on this forum ARE teaching 'righteousness by sinning' just like the Pharisees of old did BY ADDING to the Scriptures NEW laws that are not found in the Bible dude! There is no NEW HOLY nor NEW REST day established in the Bible as the supposed new covenant. In fact Isaiah (a PROPHET for future events!) contradicts and corrects you David that "Judaism" as you claim is just gone away and done, we therefore don't have a 7th DAY SABBATH REST anymore according to you??? REALLY David?
Isaiah 66:23 (KJV) 'And >>>it shall come to pass,<<< that from one new moon to another, and >>>from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord.<<<
So what are the worship days David NOW and IN THE FUTURE?????????????????????????

Two problems for you guys.
One, I will be judged on Judgement day whether right or wrong, just like yourselves, and the Lord is a God of judgement, the more verses we share the more of that judgement is known, but when people try to hate Gods word as they never share any themselves, their fate is kind of already declared, (by themselves)
The sabbath was kept by Jesus, working as His father worked, after all that is how the Spirit KEEPS IT..
John 5:8 Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.
9 And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath.
John 5:16 And therefore did the Jews persecute Jesus, and sought to slay him, because he had done these things on the sabbath day.

That's the problem for the likes of littledavid, cant notice the wonderful works of God or would do them instead of need some person to come and have to try to keep showing him.

That's right, the Holy Apostles are the right examples, why do I need to be ?
