Apostle Paul from God warns a follower of Christ the High priest, to not company with fornicators, or the covetous, or we have to go out of the world too.
If anyone calls themselves a believer and is a fornicator or covetous, or a railer, to put away from ourselves that wicked person..

The Holy prophets of the Lord did have imprisonments, mockings, scourgings, they wandered about in deserts, in mountains, in dens and caves of the earth, and were afflicted and tormented..
Hebrews 11:36 And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment:
37 They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented;
38 (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.
But now Christ who as the High priest did show the way to be truly separate from sinners, to become us, not as Israel corrupting and defiling in the worlds iniquity, but to now believe in being Holy, undefiled to be made as High as the Heavens through the Holy Lord Jesus Christ in us, not confessing our sins as we see Israel had to do, but our High Priest offered once for the peoples sins by offering Himself to be consecrated for evermore..
Hebrews 7:26 For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;
27 Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.
