GOD SAVES THE AFFLICTED PEOPLE, THE HAUGHTY ARE BROUGHT DOWN OUR HEART CANNOT BE HAUGHTY, OR OUR EYES LOFTY, IN THINGS TOO HIGH FOR US, PRIDE GOES BEFORE DESTRUCTION, A HAUGHTY SPIRIT IS BEFORE A FALL, AND BEFORE HONOUR IS HUMILITY PROUD HAUGHTY SCORNER IS HIS NAME ( THE SCORNERS DON'T EVEN KNOW THEIR OWN NAME) THEY DEAL ONLY IN PROUD WRATH. THE HIGH ONES OF STATURE ARE CUT DOWN, THE HAUGHTY ARE HUMBLED, THE HAUGHTY PEOPLE LANGUISH AND FADE AWAY.. 2 Samuel 22:28 And the afflicted people thou wilt save: but thine eyes are upon the haughty, that thou mayest bring them down. Psalm 131:1 Lord, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty: neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me. Proverbs 16:18 Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall. Proverbs 18:12 Before destruction the heart of man is haughty, and before honour is humility. Proverbs 21:24 Proud and haughty scorner is his name, who dealeth in proud wrath. They sure do sound good quoting all those verses and they sound very religious just like the Pharisees but they’re not saved. Like you Adam, some of them, can’t find and can’t quote verses from the Bible about salvation. Post Reply

That is odd that he cannot understand his entire Bible of the complete salvation message in its context! Hm Hmmm! Perhaps with time if he was to leave his cult church for a spell, he can learn that truth? Lets keep praying for his coming out of those false teachings! Post Reply
