The body of Jesus Christ was not stolen, it is not in the tomb anymorePosted : 11 Oct, 2020 02:51 PMSo I was in church and the preacher brought up about archeologists claiming to have found the body of Jesus Christ. Of course he didn't believe, and for good reason. Now I know when we die our flesh stays here goes back to the earth. But Jesus, the only man without sin, his body didn't stay. Why? Because He was without sin. He didn't have any sin within him or on the outside of him. He was God's word made flesh, He was and still is God. "Well how can he be God when he's His son?" you might ask. Because Jesus was begat by Mary. He didn't come into this world like you or I, he was made purely by God, and God was in Him. Jesus was the word made flesh, and in the beginning the word was God and the word is God. Jesus is still alive today. His body is no longer on this earth. You know how I know this? Because those nail scars were still in His hands. I believe Thomas, one of the disciples saw them and touched them. I've never seen them or touched them myself, but I believe they are there. I know it may be hard for some to understand, but we need to just put our faith and trust in Him. Say this "Lord, forgive me of my sins. I know I'm not perfect. But Lord you are, and I need you, not only when times are hard, but I need you all the time. Save my soul, make me what you would have me be. Use me Lord, so that I may spread your word to others that need to hear. Be my Lord, take full control of my life. Come into my heart and make me whole. Lord, I long to be with you. I thank you Lord for all things. Amen." . Amen. |
