I got told off on another forum because l dared weighed in on that issue because I’m not a mother. The thread title should be “excuses” for killing a baby. There’s absolutely no logic in any of the following excuses <0.5% Victim of rape. A very tragic hardship for a woman to endure. She needs much support. But the last thing she needs is a dead baby to remind her of the crime. Lots of silly people want the victimized women to kill her baby as if killing an innocent person magically brings closure!!! It is RATHER the rapists who should get the death penalty—NOT his child!! In the meantime, provide all the support and comfort the woman needs to make it through this awful ordeal. I had a sister who was raped and I also met a man whose mother was raped and he became the product of that rape. Many other people like them giving testimonies on talk shows and other venues. Some mothers chose not to become victimizers by acting like their rapists. 3% Fetal health problems. Another excuse to kill. We have doctors trained to handle health issues. 4% Physical health problems. A selfish excuse to kill. Has anyone spoken to Tim Tebow’s mother about this excuse and the one above??? Tim’s mother isn’t the only mother willing to have a baby despite the fear of risks!! What hospital isn’t prepared to save both the mother and the child?? 4% Would interfere with education or career. Selfish excuse to kill. Since sex doesn’t seem to interfere with an education or a career why should taking responsibility for it?? 7% Not mature enough to raise a child. Silly excuse to kill. Who’s really “mature” enough to have a baby? 8% Don't want to be a single mother. Another excuse to kill. Maybe wait til marriage then have sex. Some people don’t seem to know pregnancy results from having sex 19% Done having children. That doesn't give you the right to kill the next kid. Obviously you’re not done having children. 23% Can't afford a baby. But you can have sex and kill whoever gets in the way? 25% Not ready for a child. But you can have sex and kill whoever gets in the way? Other women have an abortion because the “father” insists on having his own kid killed. Why not just dump “daddy fairest” and keep the kid instead ? Some people believe killing an unborn child should be legal because after all, people have different beliefs on the topic so by all means keep on killing. Post Reply

Abortion has been around as long as Satan, He is the one that gets women to believe they have control over their bodies, and the BABY is just a blob of unwanted tissue to be thrown away, just like a used kleenex. But one of the most grievous of ills in this country are “Christians” voting for Democrat abortion party candidates. Christians used to be a significant voting block and might have been instrumental in shutting down all abortion chamber operation nationwide but sadly some “Christians” continue to cast their ballots for Democrat abortion party candidates who then appoint more abortion judges to the bench. I even had a woman, at a church I once attended, who agreed with me about abortion being bad but she hoped it would be kept legal in case she needed an abortion!!! In other words, just in case she too needed to hire someone to kill her kid right to kill sons and daughters another big boost by Post Reply

I knew a woman who voted for the last democratic president on his first round, even after we had a discussion about how he promoted abortion and that she knew as well as I do, that such is a travesty and abomination in the eyes of God... Though she 'went to church' every sunday and lived a life declaring she was 'a christian' - her reply to me was, "...but he promised to lower our taxes!" So she voted for him... but the next time he ran, she didn't... when I asked her why she was so adamantly opposed to him when she was so gung-ho for him and helped to elect him to his first term in office, she replied in a very irritated way, with her voice elevated several notches, "I am not voting for him because he did not lower our taxes and in fact they got higher!!!" Such a person as this is at best 'questionable' as to whether she is a Christian when her concerns are not for God's issues, but for her issues relating to that all powerful, 'Love of Money'... and in her, it surely was 'the root of all evil' and it bore sorrowful fruit... Personally, I think the term Christian Democrat is about as big of an oxymoron as there might ever be. Post Reply
