Its really all ADAM7777 is trying to get across to you! And what do you do to show your real colors to everyone here? Quote of what converted David says to ADAM7777 - "What does it mean when a “perfect” person makes imperfect statements???" Just wanted to say David, I just love your new conversion and fairness toward others here on this forum that >>actually believe BY FAITH<< in what the Bible says about victory over sin and the Bible is packed full of witnesses that have done just that, gotten VICTORY over ANY kind of sin in their lives! So NOBODY is saying by our own MIGHT we are sinless BUT BUT BUT claiming BY FAITH that the Bible says BY the POWER of YHWH, that He can keep a possible sinful flesh human person FROM sinning on a daily basis! Got it now? You seem to "serve" a >>stumbling<< Creator, that encourages >>falling<< into sin in the lives of humans that live BY FAITH David, correct? Jude 1:24 KJV Now unto Him (YHWH) that is able to >>keep you from falling,<< and to present YOU (every TRULY born again person) faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, Darby Bible Translation - But to Him (YHWH) that is able to >>keep you without stumbling,<< and to set YOU (every TRULY born again person) with exultation blameless before His glory," So why don't you show your FAITH in what the Bible says about the POWER of YHWH to keep you from stumbling and therefore you will NOT create stumbling blocks to others! Just like you turn Bible verses into flat earth theology you likewise aid and abet Adam in his perfectionism heresy, EVEN though it’s clear from your other posts, you don’t actually understand the perfectionist heresy. The Greek is very clear about the distinction between absolute sinless ie Jesus’ sinless life and the life of a repentant believer who doesn’t practice sin. 1 John and the Lord’s Prayer make clear daily confession of sin is necessary!! 1 John also calls everybody a liar who claims to be without sin! If the most righteous men of all time—Daniel, Job and Noah daily confessed their sin then WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TEDDY AND ADAM???? !!! It’s been said of perfectionists—-they think so highly of themselves and with prideful arrogance overlook their own sinfulness that they should be perfect like Jesus!!! In other words, they think soooooooo LOW of God’s high bar of HOLINESS that they really believe they can equal God’s true perfection with their false perfectionism Post Reply

God hates Sin, that's why He sent his Son Jesus to die fir the sins of All Mankind. Without the leading if the Holy Spirit you cannot live fir the Lord. Period Post Reply
