Once again you reveal how you understand or do not understand how to read, and study the Scriptures.
You do as most people, you think of a subject, then you find as many scripture to fit into your subject, yet you never give the entire context that refutes your understanding.
John writes, 1 John 1 verse 5 - 10
5 This is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you, that God is Light, and in Him there is no darkness at all.
6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth;
7 but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.
8 If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us.
9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Verse 9, to cleanse, this is in the PRESENT indicative ACTIVE tense, meaning GOD Almighty is always cleansing us, as we are not completely SINLESS in this life.

Wow Dizzy Quizzy you just keep getting OWNED by all of ADAM7777 continual verses that teach Righteousness by FAITH in living by YHWH's set part Spirit POWER to keep us from sinning! I know your FAILED system of no entire Bible context on the subject is your problem and ADAM7777 is attempting to wake you up in your interpretation that the Bible has contradictions, which of course it does not! Or another way to say the same thing is -For If we say that we have never sinned, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
Claiming we have no sins EVER in our lives is a deception to ourselves and that truth is not in us the verse clearly says because if it meant we continue to sin then we have a contradicting Bible on our true Righteousness by FAITH living each and everyday!
