While the rest of the Bible is beneficial. The 2000 words of Jesus are all the Bible words anyone needs. Because both the Bible and Messiah have the same goal; to bring us into relationship with the Father.
Many people, like prophetic, lil a David, Parehtban, for example, believe and teach Jesus's words are not enough, that Jesus's words are incomplete. They teach unless you have the words of Paul, you cannot be saved.
Surely these self appointed teachers and scribes of New Testament Law will quote me the Scripture: John 16:12“I have many more things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now." They will tell you Jesus is speaking of Paul. But do they go on to read verse 13? "13“But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come." Jesus says; "the Spirit of truth".
Surely these naysayers, self appointed teachers and Scribes of New Testament Law will cry out with the objection: foul! Out of context! Jesus was speaking only to his disciples!
Okay, then I ask you: "Was Paul there present with the disciples?"

Archaeological discoveries ranging from evidence for the Tower of Babel, to Exodus6, to the fallen Walls of Jericho, all the way to the tombs of contemporaries of St. Paul, have greatly enhanced the believability of the Bible. Though this vast archaeological evidence does not prove God wrote the Bible, it surely must compel the honest skeptic to at least acknowledge its historical veracity. For the believer its yet another reassuring testimony to the reliability of the Bible. In the words of the University of Yale archaeologist Millar Burrows:
…Archeological work has unquestionably strengthened confidence in the reliability of the scriptural record. More than one archeologist has found respect for the Bible increased by the experience of excavation in Palestine".

Since you have failed to address the OP, the question still stands. Can a person accept and follow the teachings of Jesus, but reject Paul as a "Apostle" and because of that, not be saved?
