What a precious treasure we have in our salvation, in Yeshua, and in the Bible. Sadly, though, there are those who are out to steal all three treasures from us. I personally know of several brethren in my circle of acquaintances who have renounced Yeshua as their Savior. They failed to guard their treasure and their hearts. Those treasures were stolen from them. The theft occurred slowly over time and it all began with doubting the Apostle Paul.
The Ebionite teaching that the Apostle Paul is a false apostle is being revived. If it hasn't touched you yet, it will. This study is actually a refutation to an article entitled, "Paul, The Good, The Bad, The Ugly", as well as other accusations not found in that article. Hopefully, this refutation will prepare you to discern the truth of the matter.
The foundation of the belief that Paul is a false Apostle lies in the inability to harmonize Paul with the rest of the Bible. Rather than waiting on Yahweh to provide understanding concerning Paul's writings, the anti-Paulists prefer to simply dismiss his writings as those of a false teacher. Peter warned us that this would happen.
2 Peter 3:15,16 reads, "And account that the longsuffering of our Master is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction."
Conveniently, however, anti-Paulists would say that the second epistle of Peter was not written by the Apostle Peter and therefore should not be part of our current New Testament canon. This reveals the extent that they will go. They would discard the entire epistle in order to get rid of two verses in support of Paul. The fact is that no one knows for sure that Peter did not write this second epistle. At this point in time it is simply a theory.
Moses and Paul did not have authority to write any new commands. The Father told Moses exactly what to write and Jesus told the holy spirit exactly what he should inspire Paul to write. And so Jesus is the **AUTHOR OF THE ENTIRE NEW TESTANEBT JUST AS THE FATHER IS THE AUTHOR OF THE ENTIRE OLD TESTAMENT !!
John 16:12-14: Jesus says, "I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear. But when he, the spirit of Truth comes, he will guide you into all the Truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. He will **GLORIFY ME** BECAUSE IT IS **FROM ME** THAT HE WILL RECEIVE WHAT HE MAKE KNOWN TO YOU**!
And holy spirit inspired the 8 writers of the 27 books of the New Testament to write everything Jesus told him to write!!
Hebrews 12:1,2: Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fiving your eyes on **JESUS**, the **AUTHOR** and **PERFECTER** of our faith!!
Acts 26:16-18: Jesus said to Paul, "I have appeared to you to appoint you as a servant and as a **WITNESS** of what you have seen and will see of Me. I will rescue from your own people and from the Gentiles. AI am sending you to them to open their eyes and turn from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive **FORGIVENESS OF SINS** and a place among those who are **SANCTIFIED BY FAITH IN ME**!"
Acts 22:14,15: Ananias said to Paul, "The God of our ancestors has chosen you **TO KNOW HIS WILL**and to see the Righteous One and to **HEAR WORDS FROM HIS MOUTH**. You will be **HIS WITNESS TO ALL PEOPLE OF WHAT YOU HAVE SEEN AND HEARD**!"
THE GREAT COMMISSION: Matthew 28:18-20: Jesus says, “**ALL AUTHORITY** in heaven and on ***EARTH*** has been given to **ME** {Not some RC Pope}. Therefore go and make disciples of *ALL NATIONS*...teaching them to **OBEY EVERYTHING** {The entire NT} I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very *END OF THE AGE*!”
John 12:48: Jesus says, There is a Judge for the one who does not accept My Words {Like Acts 26:16-18 above}; the very words I have spoken will condemn them at the Last Day!!"
2 Peter 3:15,16: Bear in mind that our Lord's patience means salvation, just as our **DEAR BROTHER PAUL** also wrote you with the **WISDOM THAT GOD GAVE TO HIM** He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand {For the unsaved} which ignorant unstable people {Like HiddenMountain} distort as they do other Scriptures, to their own destruction! {Eternal torment in Hell}
