Chuckk, Quiznos, Benny Hinn, Joyce Meyer, Jesse DuPlaintis, Kenneth Copeland, Kenneth Hagen, Sid Roth, Pat Robertson and many many other false teachers (or deceived people) not only claim to hear direct from God just like the prophets of old heard from God but some even claim to do miracles in the name of Jesus! But do these people really hear from God and are miracles taking place as in the time of Jesus?
Is that a picture of Quiznos watching you take a pic of him??? We have not seen a pic of him yet?
The reason I ask is I have read A LOT of old threads, WHEW there is A LOT to read and some very interesting. ANYWAY I recall Sadlup back then which is Chuckk.Quiznos now, told us he believed in reincarnation! Soooo couuuuld that be........? Sure is a handsome fella.
None of the experiences of people claiming to hear from God today hardly compares to the experiences of those recorded in scripture.
It’s interesting to see how some false teachers, like Jesse DuPlainitis, tells of his conversation “with God when he was with God in heaven” one day.
Nothing in the Bible compares to Jesse’s false trip to heaven.
When saints or prophets of old met God, they would experience the terror that overcomes one standing in very presence of Holiness. This testimony is common throughout scripture.
Even when Jesus’ true character was temporarily unveiled to his disciples when they were in the boat after Jesus commanded the storm to be still were filled with fear when they suddenly realized they were actually standing in the very presence of Almighty God.
But these false prophets who claim to met with God seem unfazed at the presence of a Holy God. So there’s no comparison.
As for miracles, no quadriplegic’s are being healed. Just ask all those quadriplegics in hopes of healing who’ve attended false prophet and fake healer Benny Hinn’s “healing” crusades!
Another thing, fake prophets need TV to further fake their healings while Jesus moved about on foot and healed ALL who asked to be healed.
False prophets “heal” only fake-able problems that are difficult to verify. It’s convenient to have a few people unknown to the audience on stage during crusades who use crutches or those with cancer. Cancers “cures” are handy because a false teacher can pronounce a person “healed” on TV but long after the show has gone off the air the truth about the the supposed healing is garranteed not to surface until later when the person dies a year or so later or is given an opportunity to speak out to an investigative reporter about the fake healing.
Another fake healer, Reinhard Bonnke, goes overseas to China and crows about “all the miracles taking place” there. That’s a common fake healer tactic, pretend to perform a bunch of healings overseas where nobody can verify what really took place and ask for large sums of money to reach the pagans.
I once worked with a fake healer who claimed he could heal anybody. At the time, both of us happened to be working in a home where several afflicted persons, all of whom suffered mental retardation and other issues. So I challenged “the healer” to put his money where his mouth is and began healing these desperately needy people.
He finally admitted he couldn’t do it. The only miracle he was able to do was to stop flapping his jaws about his power to heal!!!
I’ve been in search of a real manifestation of a genuine biblical miracle for a long time and haven’t found a single one.
I can say I've had several very direct encounters with God like that in my life, but it isn't the daily norm. Usually it's a more subtle experience when God is speaking to me. Now I wouldn't go as far as to say I've had a "burning bush" experience, but still significant enough to know who was grabbing my attention.

First of all, you READ that God is the same yesterday today and forever. Jesus, who is God is also the same yesterday, today and forever.
It simply means he’s all knowing and never changes in the same way men change. Taking your silly interpretation to its illogical conclusion means that God is still creating the earth, still talking to Jonah, still allowing Job to be afflicted and Jesus is still on the cross.
Second, your false assumption means that your god is so weak he allows people who do not believe he can speak today to place limitations on him. In others words, your god can’t speak unless you “believe” on him (a pagan doctrine, similar to prosperity teaching). Some false teachers also believe Jesus’ healing power is limited by human “belief.” (I suppose now I’ll have to explain the difference between hardened resistance and doubt, which l would be ok in explaining to a new Christian but not to a hardened false teacher)
Yet, throughout the written Word of the True God, some people are healed and spoken to regardless of what they believe about God. God actually appeared to pagan kings with severe warnings and to a false prophet named Baalam.
Just like Chuckk, you don’t know the scriptures or the true God and his power.
In addition to that, you and chuckk haven’t produced any prophetic utterances like predicting the fulfillment of short term events nor have you fulfilled any ancient prophecies.
Not only that, you cannot produce even one single biblical miracle like the immediate fully restored healing of a quadriplegic or the immediate restoration of one born blind to prove your false belief that you actually hear from the One and Only True God who made heaven and earth.
