When i would meet with the christians, sometimes i would hear some speak about being on a missions trip, or short term missions trip to another country.
They would tell of work they had done like building a place for people to sleep, or a building for children to have school and some went to Israel to tour the land.
After they would speak i would be sad as they never spoke about sharing the Gospel, that seemed to be left for the person called pastor.
My understanding of these missions trips is that they are vacations for people, for if they were led by the Holy Spirit they would proclaim the Gospel to the people closest to them in their homes,
neighborhoods, schools,and jobs, doing that faithfully,without fear of repercussions.
I have read about people that had been missionaries and they gave their lives for the people to hear the Gospel,but where are these type of missionaries today.
I've done my share of mission trips to Mexico, India and Nepal. After listening to prophetic, maybe I should of stayed home and sent them a Bible instead. 🤔
There are thousands of brave Christian missionaries in almost every nation of the world and about 70 percent of them are very brave under extreme dangers.
I was a Christian missionary in Jerusalem Israel. There is a Israeli law which gives a 5-year prison sentence fro anyone converting a Jew which is strictly enforced if the Jew was under 18 years of age. Legally we could only preach and teach to Arabs and tourists, and the Orthodox Jews would call the police; so we had to teach secular Jews. The Orthodox Jews burned down the only good Christian church in Jerusalem so believers had to meet in private houses. We could also evangelize Muslims but all Christian Muslim converts were then completely rejected by their families and friends.
There are about 4,000 good Christian Jews for Jesus in Israel and about 15,000 Messyanic Jews in Israel most of which are almost Satanic as Chuckles. There are about 20,000 good Christian Jews for Jesus in the USA and about 25,000 Messyanic Jews. However during the Great Tribulation one third of the Jews in the world or about 5,000,000 Jews will be saved as per Zechariah 13:8,9. With the help of 140,000 Jewish missionaries as per Revelation 7:8-9 and Moses and Elijah, God's 2 witnesses.
Romans 11:25-28: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of Gentiles have come in, And then all Israel will be saved {During the great Tribulation 2/3 will be killed and 1/3 will be saved as per Zechariah 13:8,9}... As far as the Gospel is concerned, they are enemies for your sake; but as far as election is concerned, they are loved on account of the patriarchs, for God's gifts and His call are irrevocable!

Actually our Great God and Savior Jesus Christ told the holy spirit exactly what to inspire the 8 writers of the New Testament what to write. And so Jesus is the Author of the entire New Testament!!
