Going to ask some trivia questions and start with the book of Genesis. If it works out well, I'll go to Exodus and so on until we are all Bible geniuses.

Two rules:

1. No troll posts (please).

2. No peeking for answers.

The first prophet Abraham (Ephraim/Ibrahim) is believed by some to be the same as Brahma. Mahesha is the other part of the Hindu trinity who is also referred to as Ishwara, Isha. The name Mahesh bears striking resemblance to Moshe (Moses/Musa). The Hindu practise of deifying individuals might have brought about the Hindu trinity.

Since Vishnu was not born of man, he was not actually the earthly father of Brahma and Mahesh. Therefore, he himself was the protector (Tara) of Brahma. In Sanskrit, Tara means "saviour; protector." It is a term generally used with the gods Rudra, Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma. Even The Jewish Bible says that the father (protector) of Abraham was Terah (Genesis 11:26.) The Bible tells us that Abraham and Sarah were half-siblings. (Genesis 12:19-20.). The Hindu holy books also tell us that a blood relationship existed between them. The Puranas relate Sarasvati (Sarah) to Brahma and Vishnu. Most frequently, she is associated with Brahma. Her connection with him dates earlier than to any other God. She is portrayed mostly as his wife and occasionally as his daughter.

Chuck,

The correct answer was already provided and is "Terah."

Gen 11:26 And Terah lived seventy years, and begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran.

Cupcake.

The answer is partially correct for question #2. One is a "dove."

The word **BEARD** is mentioned exactly **17** times in the Old Testament. **16** times the Hebrew word **ZAKAN** is used which is always translated **BEARD**. One time the Hebrew word **MARAT** is used and translated **BEARD** in Isaiah 50:6 which is a prophecy **POSSIBLY** concerning the Lord Jesus The Hebrew word **MARAT** is used exactly 14 times in the Old Testament. However, for some strange reason it is only translated **BEARD** **ONE TIME** in Isaiah 50:6 by most translations. The Hebrew word **MARAT** is also translated **PULLED OUT HAIR** so it could also be **PULLED OUT HAIR** from one's **HEAD**

Isaiah 50:6: I offered my back to those who beat me, my cheeks to those who pulled out **MY HAIR** {On my head or beard};

It is interesting to note that the word **BEARD** is **NOT EVEN MENTIONED ONCE IN THE NEW TESTAMENT**!!

Also interesting is the fact that the Lord Jesus told the holy spirit exactly what to inspire the 8 authors of the 27 books in the New Testament what to write, as per:

John 16:12-14: Jesus says, "I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear. But when he the spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. **HE WILL NOT SPEAK ON HIS OWN**; he will speak only **WHAT HE HEARS** and he tell you what is yet to come. He will bring **GLORY TO ME** because it is **FROM ME** that he will receive what he will make known to you!!

I Corinthians 11:14-16: Does not the very nature of things teach you that **IF A MAN HAS LONG HAIR, IT IS A **DISGRACE** TO HIM**, but if a woman has long hair it is her glory? For long hair is given to her as a covering. If anyone wants to be contentious about this {Like the Amish and LittlestDavid}, we have no other practice --nor do the **CHURCHES OF GOD**!

About 80 percent of all the pictures and statues of Jesus sinfully show Jesus with**LONG HAIR** . Yet would Jesus say it is a **DISGRACE FOR A **MAN TO HAVE LONG HAIR** if He sinfully had **LONG HAIR** Himself on His head or on His beard if He had a beard???

The Amish when they get married let there beards grow without even trimming it as long as their married. And so every Amish man who has been married for 5 years has **LONG HAIR** on their beard about 10 to 16 inches **LONG**!! LittlestDavid praises the Amish and also has long hair on his head and on his beard which he proudly displays in his latest picture on this Christian Forum.

And so all the married Amish men and littlestDavid are sinning unless they can prove like Chuckles that the writings of Paul are not inspired by God!!
