Listening to the voice of God. We have to hear, pay attention and listen to what God says to us. Our scripture says show me, teach me and lead me to the Lord. The psalmist is saying to God to lead and show us the best way to go. In the past God spoke to his people through the prophets and/or individual signs like visions to certain people He wanted to speak to. But today God speaks to us through His Son Jesus Christ and His Word.
Jesus is God’s message to us. Jesus is the Word. Jesus’s character is how we should try to be. Jesus is the Word of God made flesh. God raised up Jesus to be a Word for us to follow. Also, the Lord sent us the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us. God said He will put His law in our hearts and minds. God will open doors for us to go through and He will never leave us or forsake us. God will sometimes open the window but close the door.
We must trust God and Jesus ALWAYS!! We should do what the Lord says and walk by FAITH. How do we determine Gods will today? We do what the apostles did. Pray and Pray and Listen and Listen and then Pray and Pray. Then move on to do what the Lord said to do. The Bible says “Ask and you shall receive, Seek and you shall find, Knock and the door shall be opened”. Pray until you get the answer from God. If you want to know the will of God, READ HIS WORD!! But you must also take your needs to the Lord in prayer. Mean it when you pray it. Do whatever God says even when it’s not what you really wanted.
The Holy Spirit will lead you to the way that God and Jesus want you to go. The Holy Spirit will push you toward one way and stop you from going another way. This is what happened to Paul when he was traveling and preaching. The Holy Spirit told him to go to Macedonia but not to go to Asia. LISTEN to the Spirit!! Spiritual guidance may not always be the easiest way but we are to do the P= U= S= H. Pray Until Something Happens.

If Jesus is the LIVING WORD, and we are supposed to be led by the Holy Spirit - then why do so many Christians treat the Bible like a magic book of incantations deriving and extrapolating new doctrines to follow, like a type of Christian Kabbala?

Why are you always so negative? Smile and be a happy person. Reality is, we ALL get things wrong sometimes. It's life. We can try our hardest sometimes to be right and still come up wrong. That's why it's good to work together with others. They can help us hit where we are missing, and we can do the same for them.

I suppose the Pharisees asked Jesus pretty much the same question.
I am fed up and tired of Christianity not matching the teachings of Christ.
This article was right on, however it doesn't reflect modern Christianity - especially reformation.
Holding hands and singing Kumbaya isn't going to fix it. Some are called to speak up. Some are willing to sacrifice truth for peace, while others sacrifice peace for truth.
The truth is they will not give peace unless you buy into their derived doctrines. Prophetic is the perfect example.

If we really **LOVE** our brothers and sister in Christ we will lovingly teach them to obey all the approximately 400 commands of the NT with **LOVE** in the hope of countless eternal rewards when Jesus comes with great power with all His angels.
Revelation 22:112: Jesus says,"Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with Me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done!?
Matthew 16:27: Jesus says, For the Son of Man is going to come in His Father's glory with His angels, and **THEN** He will **REWARD** each person according to what he has done."

Chuckles comes to a Christian Forum teaching about 95 percent of what Orthodox Jews believe since he believes we are saved by doing good works and obeying OT laws. If anyone disagrees with his teaching Chuckles claims they are a racist ant-Semite, and an unrepenting **LIAR** who misuses and wrongly translates Scripture. He also hogs about 66.6 Percent of the new threads. Actually he is a terrible theologian and is only good at taking one out of context Scripture to prove his teachings. The only other thing Chuckles is good at is calling everyone who disagrees with his Satanic teachings, terrible names.

The Bible says we are to rest completely, cease from work on the SEVENTH day of THE Creators Sabbath day. This is a Commandment, not a suggestion! All will be judged by who's laws they keep, rather man made, self made or Commanded by the Creator YHWH! Its just that simple! The Bible says if you LOVE YHWH, then you will KEEP His Commandments! The Bible never suggest ANY change in His SEVENTH day Sabbath day to a change of another day. But many

What the Messiah did on the tree/pole has NOTHING to do with any change of the 7th day Sabbath to any other day, nor did he teach everyday is a total rest day, we are to be lazy. Are you aware that if we worship Him according to the traditions of men, like today another day is taught to be holy, or everyday is a holy Sabbath as you suggest, then its nothing more than a false teaching of evil men!
