Everyone agrees there was some event that happened 6000 years ago that was the beginning of this Age or Generation. But only a few fundamentalist literalist Christians believe the beginning of the "Beginning" was 6000 years ago. Other religions, ancient texts, archaeology and modern science all affirm a beginning much further back with a catastrophic reset prior to 6000 years.

The Roman Catholic Church officially canonized the Apocrypha in the Council of Trent (1546 AD). This was in part because the Apocrypha contained material which supported certain Catholic doctrines, such as purgatory, praying for the dead, and the treasury of merit.
Luther sinfully rejected the books of James and Revelation and Calvin sinfully believed that Revelation was not inspired by God.
There were many Bible believing churches besides the Roman Catholic Church which also believed that all the books in the present Bible are inspired by God after AD 100 with the help of many inspired original manuscripts and almost the entire New Testament was written in many good Christian books after AD 100.

In the Bible it says a day is 1 Yom..literal day ..
so likewise there is only 6000 years or so of creation.
I wish LittleDavid was back on here. He explained about Mt. St. Helen's and the layers of coal , animal matter and such to appear ancient (I hope I didn't take him out of context) but it was not . It was recent. LittleDavid!!! Help!!!

Anyway; I know all about Mt St Helen's (I used to be in that crowd) but I'm not talking geology but existing evidence from ancient civilizations is overwhelming.

However, without documentation of the age of the Sphinx, some scholars have forwarded the notion that the statue predated the works of Khafre. Some attribute construction to Khafre’s father, Khufu, the pharaoh who oversaw creation of the Great Pyramid of Giza, and to Khafre’s half-brother Djedefre. Others date the Sphinx back much further. Ostensible water damage to the face and head has prompted the theory that the Great Sphinx lived through an era during which extensive rainfall rocked the region, which could peg the statue’s origins as early as 6000 BCE.
Note: Sodom and Gomorrah if you see the video of the location looks very similar with sphinx shapes and
Zygaroth buildings that are recognizable. That was later than the sphinx if that is true.

Testing the balls has revealed that it is verified to be pure sulfur and it burns blue as you can see for yourself in the video when Ron plucks one out to burn.

Bible Chronology is a very exact science. The Jewish calendar shows that Adam was created 5,779 years ago. Wheras the Christian Calendar is exactly 100 years longer and shows that Adam was created 5,879 years ago. The 100 year difference is mainly because of the difference betwen the Christian and Jewish intepretations of the 70 7's or 490 year prophecy in Daniel 9:24-27.
Carbon dating shows that the Neanderthal Creatures; who were not very smart and lived in caves, were here from about 60,000 BC to about 20,000 BC. And Dinosaurs were here from about 70,000 BC to about 10,000 BC.

Exodus 12:40: Now the length of time the Israelite people lived in Egypt and Canaan {See NIV footnote} was 430 years. At the end of 430 years, **TO THE VERY DAY** the Lord's divisions left Egypt.
So Israel left Egypt 430 years after Abraham entered Canaan which was 2021 years after Adam was created and so Israel left Egypt 2021 + 430 or 2451 years after Adam was created.

I Kings 6:1 In the 480th year after the Israelites had come out of Egypt, in the 4th year of Solomon's reign over Israel, in the month of Ziv, the second month, he began to build the Temple of the Lord. 2 Chronicles 3:2: He {Solomon} began building on the second day of the second month in the 4th year of his reign.
And so Solomon began building the Temple after 3 years and 32 days of the 4th year of his reign and 479 years and 32 days of the 480th year after the Israelites left Egypt which we have shown was 2451 years after the birth of Adam; for a total of 2930 years + 32 days after the birth of Adam.
Saul had reigned 42 years and David ruled for 40 years and Solomon reigned 3 years and 32 days for a total of 85 years and 32 days from the first day of Saul's reign until the Temple was started. And since the 22 Judean kings ruled 490 years + 190 days before their 70 year exile to Babylon then there would have been 405 years + 158 days from when Solomon started the Temple until the 70-year exile. 490 years plus 190 days minus 85 years + 32 days equals exactly 405 years plus 158 days.
250 years earlier the Lord made this amazing prophecy in Isaiah 45:13: The Lord said, "I will raise up Cyrus in My righteousness. He will rebuild My city and set my exiles free!!" {Read 2 Chronicles 36:22,23}
Daniel 9:24,25: 70 7's {or 490 years} are decreed for your people and your Holy City... Know and understand this: From the issuing of the decree {By King Cyrus} to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until the Anointed One, the Ruler, comes, there will be 7 7's and 62 7's {69 7's or 483 years}!!
And so this amazing prophecy confirms that the coming and Anointing of the Anointed Savior would take pace exactly 69 7's or 483 years after the decree of Cyrus which took place on October 5th, AD 29 which was 3 1/2 years or 1278 days before Jesus put an end to all sacrifices for sin in the middle of the last 7 years {See Dan 9:27a} on April 3-5, AD 33.
And so the time period from Solomon starting the Temple to the Anointing of Jesus would have been 405 years + 158 days + 70 years + 483 years for a total of 958 years and 158 days. And the time period from the birth of Adam to Solomon starting the Temple would have been 2930 years + 32 days plus 958 years + 158 days for a grand total of 3,888 years plus 190 days from the birth of Adam to the Anointing of Jesus.　
The time period from the Anointing of Jesus or the 1st Coming of Jesus on October 5th, AD 29 to July 22nd, 2019 would be exactly 1989 years plus 285 days. And then the time period from the birth of Adam to July 22nd, 2019 would be 1,989 years + 285 days plus 3,888 years + 190 days for a grand total of 5,878 years plus 110 days. Which would be the 110th day of the 5,879th Year!!!
