Don't believe me? Just scroll through the previous threads. No one can have a simple discussion here without a Bully terrorizing threads with repeated off topic posts using the repeated cut and paste method pushing his individual cultish doctrine. If you address his post he ignores your content, twists your words and modify Scripture. Since he has pushed everyone out except me. I think it's time to go also and he can terrorized himself.

Matthew 19::3-9: Some Pharisees came to Jesus to test Him. They asked, "Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife for any and every reason?" "Haven't you read," Jesus replied, "That at the beginning the Creator made them male and female' and said, 'For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife and the two will become one flesh.' So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefor what God has joined together, let no one separate." Why then the Pharisees asked, did Moses command that a man give his wife a certificate of divorce and send her away?" Jesus replied, "MOSES PERMITTED YOU TO DIVORCE YOUR WIVES BECAUSE **YOUR HEARTS WERE HARD**, but it was not this way from the beginning. But I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife except for sexual immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery!!!"
In the Old Testament you could divorce your wife for almost any reason by just giving her a certificate of divorce as per Deuteronomy 24:1,3. Actually it is almost impossible in the New Testament to divorce your wife if she is a believer, since Jesus also said in Matthew 18:22 that you should forgive your brother or wife not 7 times but 77 times which can also be translated 7 times 70 times!!
And according to I Corinthians 7:12-15 you can only divorce an unbelieving wife **IF SHE LEAVES YOU* even though you have been a good husband.
I Corinthians 7:12,13,15: If any brother has a wife who is not a believer and she is willing to live with him, **HE MUST NOT DIVORCE HER**. And if a woman has a husband who is not a believer and he is willing to live with her, **SHE MUST NOT DIVORCE HIM**!... But if an unbeliever leaves, let it be so. The brother or the sister is not bound in such circumstances. God has called us to live in peace!
THIS COMPLETELY CHANGES OT LAWS ON DIVORCE**!!
In the Old Testament King David had 8 wives and Solomon had 700 wives and 300 concubines without any penalty??? But in the New Testament you can have only **ONE WIFE**!!As per I Corinthians 7:2; ! Timothy 3:2,12 and Titus 1:6.
**THIS COMPLETELY CHANGED OT MARRIAGE LAWS**!!
In the OT rich people like Solomon could also afford to have **MANY CONCUBINES** which they could have sex with, without any penalty???
2 Samuel 5:13 - "After he left Hebron, David took more concubines and wives in Jerusalem, and more sons and daughters were born to him."

NOPE, not happening, your not going anywhere!
Stick to what you said, if he is going to be disrespectful of us because this IS a forum for discussion, THEN IGNOR HIM! HE IS ignoring you and me, as well as others. Its the norm, so be it but your not going to give him sweet victory, are you? I'm not and so who will I learn Biblical verses, letters of Paul in his context of subject, Jewish history like the Oral law from etc etc...
Look everybody knows he truly IS a bully of this forum. LittleDavid, Gracenotworkssaves has stated so and so have the ladies. I'm sure there are others! Look at the hits on our recent threads, people are reading and hopefully they too will learn to ignor his disrespectfulness.
Here is the "deal" he goes into sooooo many different Bible topics that it is impossible to discuss them at that thread. He does not know how apparently to break it down to one topic, then share what he is trying to say by posting it, then back it up with Scripture!
He is like a ship without a rudder, who knows where he is going with the repeat posting of Scripture.
To me its simple, at a quick look I can see its the same old, same old copy and paste. Scroll up to see the real live post from whoever (no unresponsive robots there!), and comment and discuss with that respectful person. Easy, right?
Gotta go back to work, long hours, will respond when I can

Thanks for the encouragement. We'll see, but I doubt I'll stay. I'm not leaving because I'm mad, but this has become wearisome trying to keep this section alive while another is intent on killing it. So I say let him kill it and when he has no one left to talk to, he'll die with it.Besides you, there is no one left to talk with. I could, and have taken the time to try to discuss with the resident bully, but he will not interact. There are plenty of forums with lively thought provoking discussion. Why should we waste time here?

Well you should be encouraged, there is much to learn from you! You are an imspiration to me in most of what you write and share but then there are the challenging questions you put forth about Paul maybe being mentioned by John, the youngest of the Apostles in
Revelation 2:2. For the life of me I don't know why you even considered it but none the less it was question for discussion you thought might be interesting. I KNEW you was just asking a question and so did LittleDavid when he said "I realize your only asking a question. But Iām looking for the basis of doubt behind the question." but them the thread was highjacked BECAUSE you let it be
by arguing with you know who! So I take liberty to think that maybe that upset some folks on this forum, namely you know who. I was taken back of it all when you posted it, not inspiritional at all to me because I know Paul is chosen by Yah and the Bible (by Peter) says he is hard to understand. So we should be talking about the CONTEXT of what he is writing his letters about, not that he is or is not an official Apostle or an adopted one to preach the gospel to the Gentiles. Here is the core problem - that churches are misinterpreting what he is teaching (the context) and saying in his inspired letters.
Now on to the highjacked thread problem, simple, ignor it all because he disrespects people because he does not want to discuss what Paul writes but force feeds what ever doctrine he thinks is correct and for the life of me I don't even KNOW WHAT IT IS HE IS TEACHING when he ONLY posts Scripture verses! I know what they mean and if I may not understand them, then lets discuss them so I may change my mind and heart about WHAT Paul is saying/teaching and more so to that of Yah'shua says!
Bottom line is people like Gracenotworkssaves, LittleDavid and others ARE reading these threads, its just that they rarely posts (perhaps some are busy also) probably because they are tired (I'am at times) of all the name calling, insults etc like you both do to each other and that is not the love of Yah'shua that comes from the Father. So STOP, be humble and with time he will see that being disrespectful of others on the forum, that others never respond is because HE DOES NOT share WHAT the verses mean to him AND floods the thread with MORE off topic verses which should be addressed in another thread! He is like a preacher, a one way conversation and we should sit still in the pew (Lol) but the problem is I don't know what he is actually preaching!? Lol
A missionary would at least explain things, wouldn't he?

You're a good guy with a lot of patience and tolerance. Me; not so much. I'm like let's get to the truth as quickly as possible and have I little tolerance for anything or anyone standing in the way.
Modern Christianity is predominantly Pauline. Therefore the subject of Paul being at odds with the disciples of Jesus is a taboo subject. Not only do most Not want to discuss it, they don't want anyone else discussing it.
At this point in time the evidence about Paul is circumstantial at best (except maybe in the DSS) and since the victors write history; much is covered up. Regardless of all that, there still remains a simple thing we CAN do: judge the teachings of Paul by the teachings of Jesus. However most do it the other way around and therefore technically should change their classification from Christian to Paulinite.
Jesus said to follow him (Jesus)
Paul said to follow him (Paul) while he (Paul) follows Jesus
Seems like a small subtle difference? No it's HUGH! And directly the opposite of what Jesus taught; 'you have ONE teacher: the Messiah'
I make no judgment on Paul except this: His teachings ABOUT Jesus has distracted the Church from the teachings OF Jesus.

**JESUS CHANGED MANY OT LAWS WHEN HE COMMANDS US TO ALWAYS LOVE AND FORGIVE ALL YOUR ENEMIES**
In the OT God ordered Israel to kill their enemies many times and God helped them do it. However in the NT Jesus commands in:
Luke 6:27-29: "Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you. If someone strikes you on one cheek, turn to him the other also."
Matthew 5:43,44: Jesus says, "You have heard that is was said, {in the OT} 'Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I tell you. love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven!!"
Whereas in the OT in Leviticus 26:7,8: God said to Israel, "You will pursue your enemies, and they will fall by the **SWORD** before you. Five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand, and your enemies will fall by the **SWORD** before you!"
Numbers 25:16,17" The Lord said to Moses, "Treat the Midianites as enemies and kill them!"
Deuteronomy 6:18,19: Do what is right and good in the Lord's sight, that it may go well with you and you may go in and take over the good land the Lord has promised on oath to your ancestors, **THRUSTING OUT ALL YOUR ENEMIES BEFORE YOU**, as the Lord said!
Deuteronomy 23:14: For the Lord your God moves about in your camp to protect you and to deliver your enemies to you!
Deuteronomy 28:7 The Lord will grant that your enemies who go up against you will be defeated before you!
Deuteronomy 30:7: The Lord your God will put all these curses on your enemies who hate and persecute you!
Another OT command that was **COMPLETELY CHANGED BY JESUS** is in Exodus 21:23-25 "If there is serious injury, you are to take life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise."
This was also changed by these NT commands by Jesus:
Matthew 5:38,39: Jesus commands, "You have heard that it was said {In Exodus 21:23-25 above}, 'Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.' But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If someone strikes you on the right cheek turn to him the other also!"
Luke 6:27-30: Jesus says, "Love your enemies, do good to those that hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them. Give to everyone who asks you, and if someone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back!"
Luke 6:33-36: Love your enemies, do good to them and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your **REWARD** will be great and you will be children of the Most High because He is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. Be merciful, just as you Father is merciful!"
Matthew 18:21,22: Peter came to Jesus and asked, "Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister {or wife} who sins against me? Up to 7 times?" Jesus answered, "I tell you not 7 times but 77 times!" {Also can be translated 70 times 7 times!}
I Peter 3:9: Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called that you may **INHERIT A BLESSING**!
Matthew 5:9: Jesus the **PRINCE OF PEACE** says, "Blessed are the **PEACEMAKERS**, for they will be called the **CHILDREN OF GOD**!"
2 Corinthians 10:3-5: For though we live in the world, **WE DO NOT MAKE WAR AS THE WORLD DOES**! The weapons we fight with **ARE NOT THE WEAPONS OF THE WORLD**. On the contrary, they have **DIVINE POWER** to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God!
Ephesians 6:17: Take the helmet of salvation and the **SWORD** OF THE SPIRIT** which is the **WORD OF GOD**!!
I Peter 2:20-23: If you suffer for doing good and you endure it, this is commendable before God. To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in His steps.... When they hurled their insults at Him, He did not retaliate; when He suffered, He made no threats. Instead He entrusted Himself to Him who judges Justly!
I Peter 3:8,9,11: Finally, all of you, be like minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble. **DO NOT REPAY EVIL FOR EVIL** or insult with insult. On the contrary, **REPAY EVIL WITH BLESSING**, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing. For... "They must turn from evil and do good; they **MUST SEEK PEACE AND PURSUE IT**!"

Matthew 22:36-40: A Pharisee asked Jesus: "Teacher, which is the greatest commandment of the Law?" Jesus replied, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and **GREATEST** commandment. And the **SECOND** is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments!"
And then Jesus also changed the **SECOND GREATEST COMMANDMENT IN THE OLD TESTAMENT IN:
John 13:34,35: Jesus says, "A **NEW COMMAND**I give you: **LOVE ONE ANOTHER AS I HAVE LOVED YOU**, so should you love one another, By this every one will know that you are My disciples!!"
John 15:12-14: Jesus says, "My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this: **TO LAY DOWN ONE'S LIFE FOR ONE'S FRIENDS**. You are My friends **IF** you do what I command!!"
John 10:11: Jesus says, "I am the good Shepherd. The good Shepherd lays down His life for His sheep!"

I think you just have to ignore him like you would a naughty child, because he's an attention seeker. On the rare occasions I come to this forum I don't bother to read his ridiculously long posts I scroll right past them.
