You are so right on spot. We all have gotten angry and frustrated at God, ourselves and others because we have not found the right one. But as you say, its all in God's timing.... the timing isn't right for many single/divorced Christian believers, because WE/THEY ARE NOT READY for a new relationship... mainly, because we/they have not developed the close relationship with God as He would like to have with us. . .
Many times there are OLD STALE LEFT-OVERS still hanging around like resentment, anger, pain and hurt feelings, unforgiveness. unrepentant sins from the past relationship that many haven't gotten over... even if its been 20 or 30 yrs since a divorce...some are still carrying heavy emotional and mental luggage from the past. They haven't redeemed themselves from the past mistakes or gotten over what they felt they lost.
Therefore, until such happens, there is no way God is going to bring or allow a mate to come into a person's life to replace HIMSELF. When we get our relationship in order with Him, and get rid of the old broke-down luggage from the past and focus totally and completely on Jesus Christ, then GOD will supply our needs for/with a mate or companion... this is my 2-cents in the matter

Multi-cultural/racial Non-Denominational/Baptist Church - about 263 on roll membership; about 170-175 PLUS, faithful members who attend regularly; 80 or 90 plus Sunday School attendance, including children; 13 PASTORAL CANDIDATES - 2 FEMALES, 11 MALES; 3 PASTORAL CANDIDATES in the finals; 1 FEMALE 2 MALES... AND I'M THE ONE FEMALE CANDIDATE IN THE FINALS WITH THE 2 MALES FOR THE PASTORAL POSITION!
Since Ella continually refuses to answer as to whether the above Scriptures are inspired by God we will have to speculate about her reasons for refusal.
We know that she has been a woman Pastor of a Baptist church in Las Vegas, Nevada for the past 32 years. This is probably a Liberal Baptist Church that believes all or some of Paul's writings are not inspired by God since he condemned woman Pastors in I Timothy 2:11 and I Corinthians 15:34,35 above.

Liberal churches who preach some degree of the Prosperity Gospel never teach that their followers will have the go through the Great Tribulation.
