Admin	church service--- worship service Posted : 5 Sep, 2015 03:30 AM Hello everyone I hear these two sayings a lot by Christians, church service--- worship service, I cannot find either of these terms nor any references to them in the entire New Covenant. Is there someone which could post at least one Scripture showing where we are to be ' Going to church', ' Attending a worship service' or 'Going to a church service'. I do not believe these 'things' are in the Word of GOD almighty, that they have been made up by men to entertain the people and to keep the masses from knowing the truth of who Messiah Yeshua really is. Have fun searching the Scriptures concerning these man made events. Shalom Post Reply

View Profile History	church service--- worship service Posted : 6 Sep, 2015 10:57 PM Hi Hark, Again you seem to be using words from the translations of men which cannot be found within the Word of GOD, such as the word 'gift'. The main Greek translated as 'gift' is the word CHARIS- CHARISMA, from where we have our word GRACE . I find it interesting that the word GRACE has been translated 'gift;, and that people are being told that they have at least 1 'gift' ; Does this not deny the GRACE of the Holy Spirit, and His presence in the lives of believers. Those which teach that a person has at least 1 gift, do they then not teach wrongly concerning the Holy Spirit, because they are ignorant about Who He is, and what He is like. No wonder the sheeple go to dah church instead of come to Messiah. Shalom Post Reply

As I continue to read the scripture in Hebrew and Greek; new blind spots continue to be revealed. I'll have to check into that. I consider church as those who gather to God's glory. "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." By my understanding, you and I are at church right now. So when are you going to tell me why you call our messiah, Yeshua? Post Reply

Actually there are at least 27 revealed names of GOD Almighty in the Old Covenant which are fulfilled and revealed in Messiah. Too bad the clowns calling themselves pastor are too busy telling the people how to live, instead of teaching the sheeple how to read, translate, interpret and study the Word of GOD, If they were to do that, they might be out of a JOB. Some claim that he has other names; but these are titles. I have many titles; (eg. Son, brother, technician, American) ; but I have only one name. It has been purported that the pronunciation of the name of our father has been lost; but some of the early church fathers provide evidence to the contrary. They claim that the pronunciation is YaHWeH. "Yah" the hyphenated, or poetic, expression of the name YaHWeH. Hebrew names have meaning. Again, Yah is the short form of YHWH, our Father's name, FOR ALL GENERATIONS. Shua, is the Hebrew word for saves, or salvation. I'll leave it to you to make the connection. When you understand the connection; it will bring a new perspective to many scriptures. Post Reply
