Love to people is an evidence of regeneration made by God!
To be "born of God" we need to repent and abandon our sins TURNING from them and confessing them to God in prayers. Those who have pleasure in unrighteousness will perish!
That is why the Son of God says that we should be "born of water" which is a symbol of baptism i.e. repentance.
Except a man be born of water in repentance and of God, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God.
Having a new love for the truth of the Word of God and people and a new understanding can be indications that one is in faith.
Whoever has been born of God does not sin i.e. he does NOT live and continue in sin! Killers are NOT killers anymore! They ABANDON crimes!
If you are a sexual immoral person and you want to be BORN of God then REPENT and ABANDON your sexual immorality (porn/lovers/sex). Otherwise you deceive yourself thinking that you are a Christian but in fact you are a sinner.
9 Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God. 1John 3
10 In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother.
If you are BORN of God then God is your Father and you are His child. If you BORN of Him then you have to practice RIGHTEOUSNESS!
How should Christians, who are BORN of God, live?
17 But whoever has this world?s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him? 1 John 3
My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but IN DEED and in truth.
Now he who KEEPS His (GOD's) commandments ABIDES in Him, and He (GOD) in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.
If we LOVE one another, God ABIDES in us, and His love has been perfected in us.
Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have BOLDNESS in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world.
Are you LIKE GOD in this world? God is LOVE!
If someone says, "I love God," and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? And this COMMANDMENT (to fulfill) we have from Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also. 1 John 4.
KEEP this COMMAND implementing it!
Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is BORN of God, and everyone who loves Him who begot also loves HIM who is begotten of Him. 1 John 5
And everyone who loves Him who begot also loves HIM (i.e.Christians) who is begotten of Him!
By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and KEEP His commandments.
We know that whoever is born of God does NOT sin; but he who has been born of God KEEPS himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.
So, to HAVE eternal life we need:
(1) Believe in the Son of God.
And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. 12 He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. 1 John 5
(2) To be baptized in water, abandoning our sins and promissing God our good conscience, as a symbol and act of repentance.
(3) We need to live a GODLY/HOLY life KEEPING i.e. IMPLEMENTING commands of God and LOVING people in action...in DEED.
13 Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 14 As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance, 15 but like the Holy One who called you, BE HOLY yourselves also in all your behavior;
16 because it is written, "Be holy, for I am holy." 1 Peter 1
This is what you call "Christianity". This is the way to the Kingdom of God. That should be your REGENERATION to be a SON of God BORN of God.

This is not true.
The term except a man be born again, is referring to men being born both of semen (water) and Spirit (ruach). Not all men are born with the Spirit of God, some are born without it. Some men have the Spirit of the Devil when they are born. Thus it is written that the righteous are born righteous, and that the wicked are born liars:
"But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's brea-ts. I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly." Psalms 22:9-10
"The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies." Psalms 58:3
All of the Serpent's seed, are born dead. They are born, but they are not born twice; they are born only of the flesh. This is why Jesus (Y'shua) said, "let the dead bury the dead".
"Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit." John 3:5-6
Only the righteous are born of "living water", others are born of water that is devoid of the Spirit of God.
This verse [John 3:5-6] is tied to the one where it refers to "He that believeth on me.. out of his belly (koilia) shall flow rivers of living water":
�He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his belly (koilia) will flow rivers of living water.� John 7:38
The Greek word for belly, here is G-2836 koilia. It is used as "womb" 12 times, and "belly" 11 times.
Here we see Jesus and John the Baptist, when they were in their mother's "koilia":
"or he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb (koilia)." Luke 1:15
"And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; G2836 and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost:" Luke 1:41
If the word "koilia' is used for "reproductive organ of the woman", then why isn't it the same for the man? "Out of his reproductive organ shall flow rivers of living water"..? The devil's seed, playing the translation game, have twisted it, so that it is terribly confusion. Now the "rivers of living water" are said to be flowing out of a man's heart, instead of his reproductive organ.
Consider the command of Ephesians 5:22-24
Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. 23For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. 24Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
As men, who are "the called-out ones", or "the church", are sanctified and cleansed by the washing of water by the Word, so the men who are the priests, are encouraged to "love their wives as themselves", and therein are the women cleansed by their priestly husbands:
25Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. 28So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. 29For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church: 30For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. 31For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. 32This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church. 33Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband."
A woman who is submitted to a Son of God, who is her priest, will submit herself to her priest, who will then enter into her Tabernacle and cleanse her. He is the heir of salvation, and when he is joined to her ["the two shall become one flesh"], they are then "joint'heirs".
A true "church" is a household where the Blood of the Lamb covers the doorpost, as in the Old Testament, nothing has changed. This is symbolic of the Blood of the Messiah coving the sins of all of the chosen in the world. Look at this scripture in Acts, where the jailer, who asks what must he do to be saved, is told, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved, and your whole house with you.":
"But Paul cried with a loud voice, saying, Do thyself no harm: for we are all here. 29Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, and fell down before Paul and Silas, 30And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? 31And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. 32And they spake unto him the word of the Lord, and to all that were in his house. 33And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway." Acts 16:28-33
This notion of Christianity, where salvation is obtained individually, is not scriptural. If one is not a true "anointed" Son of God, communicating the salvation of Messiah to the church, who is a priest, who then communicates salvation to those of his house, there is no salvation.
Here we see the true church demonstrated, a man who is as a type of the Messiah, saves those of his house. This is why it is so very important for women to obey the Word of her husband, as though he were the Lord:
"And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen." Rev 1:6
"Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years." Rev 20:6
There are two resurrections. The first (physical) takes place in this world, when a man is truly born again, and is united to a woman who is likewise truly born again. He exemplifies in his ruling his house, on earth, Christ ruling the true church, in heaven, the bride, made up of both men and women, "heirs of salvation"..
