Let me share with you my thoughts: He said how to be a racist and i commented: I am a racist. Yes it is a sin but my heart does NOT accept two races and their languages. Does God create their terrible languages? No. He created ONE nation and spread people from the Tower of Babel...ONE nation was divided into many groups and their languages were changed. One of these groups spoke in ORIGINAL language: Hebrew. WHY? Shem was one of the sons of Noah and a forefather of Abraham. Genesis 11/Torah shows us Shem�s Descendants and Abraham. Each group spoke in its language and this group of descendants of Shem spoke in the ORIGINAL language of Noah and Adam- HEBREW. How to be sure that Hebrew is our mother-language i.e. the language of Adam? Sons of Shem spoke in Hebrew and Shem spoke in the language of his father Noah and thus Adam. Shem was a father of Jews. Abraham- was a Jew (the Torah) and he spoke in the original language Hebrew-our mother-language. Genesis 10: The sons of Noah: Shem (father of Jews), Ham (father of Palestinians), and Japheth. Who was Japheth? A father of gentiles. All brothers/sons of Noah spoke in Hebrew but their descendants spoke in LANGUAGES! That is why if Jews today speak in Hebrew it means it is the language of Shem and the language of Shem was the language of Noah. The language of Noah was the language of Adam. That is our mother-language i.e. Hebrew. Post Reply

In fact, there is no evidence that any race other than the Hebrew people, post Abraham, spoke Hebrew. Mmmm that might be why it's called Hebrew. Post Reply

View Profile History	The Original Language Posted : 27 Mar, 2014 06:59 PM OK, again, you're the expert! However, Abraham was not a Jew until he became circumcised. Abraham was a Canaanite. Noah was not a Jew because he was not circumcised and the Jews are descendants of Abraham not Noah. Noah is likely the father of all middle eastern people because of the flood but he was never a Jew nor were his sons. Therefore your conclusion that Hebrew is the "mother language" cannot be supported by your hypothesis that Noah was a Jew. If you were to do some research you will find that Hebrew was one of the many Semitic languages that originated in Arabia, Canaan and North Africa. All of them are related and they can be traced as far back as far as the 2nd and even the 3rd Millennium BCE. There are about 70 of these languages. In fact Biblical Hebrew came from the Canaanite language. So to say that Hebrew is the mother language is really a reach and a very misguided assumption. Post Reply

The Torah says that stating HIS ETHNICITY. Circumcision is NOT ethnicity. I gave you Bible ref. saying who are the Canaanites. And I really do not care what science says. God first, science second.
