Where is a humble woman who will simply obey the Word of God?

What is it about women today, that they appear to be without any ability to comprehend for themselves altogether? Have they forgotten how to read and then comprehend? Do they no longer even know that "words are vehicles of meaningful communication", and that they do really mean something when written or spoken...?

Has the words "LET YOUR WOMEN KEEP SILENCE IN THE CHURCH" taken on a new meaning, suddenly at this point in the sum of time, to where the word SILENCE now means SPEAK?

Has the term "DO NOT TEACH" suddenly become reversed in meaning, so that it means TEACH EVERYONE?

Has "AND HE SHALL RULE OVER YOU" now been flipped, so that it means AND SHE SHALL RULE OVER YOU?

Am I missing something here? I mean, has DARKNESS become LIGHT, while I was sleeping one night? Has UP suddenly become DOWN? Has EAST become WEST, or HOT become COLD? Has LOVE become HATE, or GOOD become EVIL?

Then how did we get to this point where the Word of God somehow does not mean what it says?

Is it possible that these women who refuse to obey the Word of God, are liars and deceivers, employed of the devil, though they cannot even themselves comprehend this?

The scripture, in Matthew, speaks of a blindness to the truth of God's Word, to the point that men and women will think that they were serving God in this world, only to discover when that Roll Is Called Up Yonder, that they did not know God at all:

"Many shall say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name? and in thy name cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? ...."And I will profess unto them, I NEVER KNEW YOU: DEPART FROM ME YE THAT WORK INIQUITY." Matthew 7:22-23

Are these women who just cannot seem to "get it", when it comes to believing in and simply obeying the scripture, in reality "workers of iniquity", or "vessels of wrath, who are serving God as vessels of wrath fitted to destruction" as Paul wrote of?

The answer will be revealed to them on that Day as it is written.

I will repeat for God my prayer now:

Everything is clear and you in your false teaching teach what is CONTRARY to the Bible. May God punish you for that unless you repent and abandon your false teaching. Amen.

EZ, is it possible that you have a wrong interpretation of scripture?

1 Sam 25

32 And David said to Abigail, Blessed be the Lord God of Israel, which sent thee this day to meet me:

33 And blessed be thy advice, and blessed be thou, which hast kept me this day from coming to shed blood, and from avenging myself with mine own hand.

EZ, according to your profile you are a Nazarene. Your views on women in church leadership are not the views of your denomination. I realize that this matter had been a matter of debate in the Nazarene denomination but it was settled in 1993. According to the Nazarene Manual, Section 904.6. Women in Ministry

"We support the right of women to use their God-given spiritual gifts within the church. We affirm the historic right of women to be elected and appointed to places of leadership within the Church of the Nazarene. (1993) [From the Manual, the official statements of doctrine and polity of the Church of the Nazarene.]"

Young women today should be open to the leading of the Holy Spirit. He may be calling them to be godly wives, mothers and teachers of children. But he may also be calling them to be pastors, evangelists, missionaries, professors, college presidents and general church leaders in the Church of the Nazarene (see Women and the Call of God). http://www.crivoice.org/WT-womenCofN.html

In the study "Attitudes Toward Women in Ministry Leadership: Implications and Interventions" by Michael A. Pate at Northwest Nazarene University, one of the conclusions is, "The Nazarene church should include qualified women in church leadership, such

as District Superintendents and General Superintendents. The best way for any church,

including the Nazarene church, to teach is by example. Unless we are an institution that follows its doctrine, the Nazarene church may only further complicate the issue of women in ministerial leadership. Thus, the Nazarene church must not only give examples but also be an example and show that God does call women to pastor and govern the church." It would appear that you are using this forum to state your argument against your own denomination's doctrine. If you have an argument with them I suggest you find a more suitable forum in which to state your case. Otherwise, I suggest you leave your denomination and find one that is in agreement with your beliefs. Perhaps you should consider the Mormon church as has been suggested by DHTM. If however, you choose to stay in this forum I believe we can all agree that you have made your point and your continued rants are getting tiresome. Have you nothing else that you find an evil practice of the church? Perhaps you have a view on something like worshiping on Sunday, taking Communion, an organized religion called Christianity, meeting in sanctuaries instead of homes, altar calls, or any one of a dozen more non-biblical practices of the Christian Church. Please change the subject. Thank you.

Mormons will be in hell because that is a dangerous sect too. They are not Christians at all.
