Revelation 22:18-19

For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."

Due to her own lack of understanding, Teach even cursed me to receive plagues (though I did not even quote from Revelation--- still another error Teach) Neither of you have any idea what you are talking about.... as I have now shown for the umpteenth time. Deuteronomy 4:2Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.

If a verse or verses are presented, is the presenter convicting or is the Word of God doing the conviction?

While the verse cited was from the Book of Revelation, it is like Deuteronomy 4:2, which tells us not to add to or take away from the Word of God. When men adds to or takes away from the Word of God, they are changing the inerrant, infallible Word of God.

When I see a passage someone presents and I feel convicted by it, I don't blame the presenter, I blame myself for not obeying the Word of God.

Yes when we read a passage or something and feel convicted,we should blame and check ourselves instead of blaming the author.

We feel convicted coz w don't do as required of us.

If the Word of God judges someone, I'm not sure it counts as us judging someone, unless it's presented in the wrong fashion with the wrong intentions. The scriptures are profitable for correction and reproof, I don't think that means just for ourselves. Jesus quoted scripture a lot to repel devils and reveal hypocrites and correct his disciples, etc.
