Christians in hell?

One Christian man told me:

I read through most of your writings.A lot of churches teach that grace covers our sin but it sounds like you would not say that. If a person is a Christian but has a habit that they cant overcome like maybe looking at pornography or over eating but they are repentant or sorry when they give in to these things, would you say that they are in danger of hell if they dont change.I would really like to know because I feel like I am in that class of people. It's late hear but I'll wait a while to see your reply. God Bless,

____

Hi,

Yes brother God will judge you for that.

Jesus CLEARLY warns our Churches to REPENT and live a GODLY life (Revelation:1-3)

Why? Because that is sin called as "SEXUAL immorality" and sexual immoral people do NOT inherit the Kingdom of God.

Get RIGHT with God or get LEFT!

Believe me brother, if I would stay with my lover in Cairo (as I said that in my profile...read...) then I would get to hell when I would die!

My sexual immorality is the same as yours but God COMMANDS us to BE HOLY as GOD is HOLY! In the Bible!

Leviticus 11:44 I am the LORD your God; consecrate yourselves and ...

You must consecrate yourselves and be holy, because I am holy. ...

1 Peter 1:16 for it is written: "Be holy, because I am holy."

for it is written: "Be holy, because I am holy." .

Romans 8:1There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

1 Corinthians 6:12All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient:all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.

1 Corinthians 10:23All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient:all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.

Romans 8:35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

A baby isnt born walking and talking, theyre shepherded to do so with instruction, guidance, protection, understanding, patience, love

When we grow spiritually, we change right along with our desires. Be ye transformed (changed) by the renewing of your mind. When we study Gods word, get close to Him in a real relationship (that is what He wants), we focus on higher or profitable (valuable) things. I was saved and filled with the Holy Spirit but still addicted to cigarettes. Jesus didnt say nope, you smell like cigarettes, in fact I know you smoked one before you came in the building (just guessing but I probably did) and now you ask me to be your Lord but instead kept His word, by His grace saved me. I had stopped smoking a few times before that having started at 15, and everybody smoke in secular theater. After getting Saved, I had many times of pulling cigarettes out of the garbage after saying earlier Lord Im sorry, I really dont want to do this anymore, I know I can do this.. or something like that. I felt so bad; my heart ached as Id repented just about everyday for buying/smoking a cigarette. I felt like a hypocrite indeed. I didnt understand at that time, I can do nothing but in fact need the help only God could give.

Ive attended churches that say come as you are, but act as though people have to be clean before they come. If that were the case, we wouldnt need Jesus. I heard a Pastor say one time all the gays, criminals, etc.. if you dont feel welcome in churches, come to this one. You will never be the same again. Isn't that how its supposed to be? I changed from inside, renewing my mind with the word of God, (Gods word changes me) asking questions (seeking) To God and actually getting answers.

After a awhile, I didn't have a desire to smoke, I had better things to do with my time, I was changing, growing, being transformed. Im not saying one shouldn't make an effort to not view pornography or whatever it is, but as the bible also says, God looks at our hearts. I believe God knew I was struggling and that I honestly wanted to stop smoking and He also knew Id screw up, again.. He showed me what to do through Sermons, scriptures, prayer. One day I walked past the store and didn't think of buying a pack, didn't want one and suddenly I couldn't tolerate the smell anymore.

The bible shows us from Jeremiah11:29 that; God knows us personally, has a plan for us, and allows us to find hope in Him

Blessings Back To You
