The Word of God Says:

Gen 3:3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

Gen 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

Gen 3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

Gen 3:6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

The orginal pattern is the same pattern today:

God said: he made it very clear in any bible topic but man comes along and puts his meaning to the word of God.

Jesus spoke of they would see and hear,

Jesus also said they would not hear or see , and in so doing they harden their heart,

This is exactly what Eve did, Notice she saw it was Good for food, and a desire to make one wise, so then her response to Satan's words where and are the beginning of sin when you hear then believe them and act on what you have heard, the final action is the sin, or when she ate, sin is the result of the voice of fear followed by his actions.

That is exactly the process for faith, hearing and seeing then believing and the action, which the bible calls mixing faith with the Gospel. There is only one kind of faith and faith always works the same for any truth of the word of God.

We have a context that show this very truth:

Mt 15:1Then came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying,

Mt 15:2 Why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread.

Mt 15:3 But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?

Mt 15:4 For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.

Mt 15:5 But ye say, Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me;

Mt 15:6 And honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.

Mt 15:7 Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,

Mt 15:8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.

Mt 15:9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

Mt 15:10 And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand:

Mt 15:11 Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.

Mt 15:12 Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?

Mt 15:13 But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.

Mt 15:14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

What was the sin spoken of here, that is called the tradition of men, it was transgreesing the commanment of honor thy father and mother, they did not do what the word of God instructed them Just as is the pattern in the Garden.

Verse's 5 and 6 notice in verse 5 you shall say, and what they said was not in agreement beuse it was dishonor to what the lord had already said to man.

So part of this sin is man taking the word of God and adding his version of it and thus defiling himself. God said this and then m,an says in other than what God has said altering the word of God to his liking, and in this case the sin was revealed by the words of their mouth, and this is called the traditions of men.

Did you notice in verse fifteen the pharisees where offended when Jesus taught this, that is the same response you get today when you expose man's tradition of the word, and the mouth of the offended will sin.

The word of God is so good we have been provided all that we might walk in truth.
