Posted : 15 Sep, 2011 04:57 AM Jason, as a New Testament (Covenant) I know what to put my trust in, I say trust but you say believe because it is written right in the word of God. Here is the difference on what I mean by believe all the Bibles that we as Christians read, those who do say believe but the one and only true Living God says Trust. What he means is for you as a Christian to put your trust in him and live your life according to his grace. Most people say they are Christians and haven't the slightest clue to what being a Christian is about. To believe in God is to put your faith in him and not what man tells you. I have not even looked at that video but if you can communicate with who ever made it see if they can explain to you and everybody else how we as Christians come to be under grace and also belong to the Body of Christ. All of this is in the Bible plus what one needs to believe to receive the gift of eternal salvation. I will put a little more truth to what I have stated their is not one preacher on this earth that can explain the Body of Christ and I mean the the one that has no walls. I am not a pastor but I am an proclaimer of the good news (evangelist). My friend you don't need videos are books written by other people to show you how God wants you to live everything is in the word of God and it is free. Post Reply

It is One that I�ve Brought up in this Forum before. Many Christians believe that All They Have To Do is: �Invite Jesus Into Their Hearts� And they will be Saved. Scripture tells us that if you Profess with your Mouth and believe in your Heart you Will be Saved. Romans 10:9 New International Version (NIV) 9 If you declare with your mouth, �Jesus is Lord,� and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. The Thing Is that it says��� you will be saved.� It does not say��You Are NOW SAVED� That Verse was Written to a Community of Believers that had Also Heard The Apostles Teach Christ�s TRUTHS. They Knew what was Meant by this Verse and if they had any Questions�they would just ASK! Scripture Also tells us: Philippians 2:12 New International Version (NIV) 12 Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed�not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence�continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, ��continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling,�� Now�this does not Mean that Your Works Will Save you. Rather it Tells us that we have to WORK at Our Salvation. Again�we are Not The Ones Saving�Christ�s Sacrifice and God�s Grace (Freely Given) is what Saves us�but we have to Repent of Our Sins and then ��Go and Sin No More.� That is Impossible for most of us�but God has Given us a Means to be Forgiven and to be Reconciled with Him. It is Called CONFESSION. But in Order for us to Confess Our Sins�we have to First ACKNOWLEDGE Our Sins! This is One Area that many of us Fall Short. Good and Edifying Video! Thanks Brother!
