MANY REASONS I SUPPOSE IT MAY DRY UP, BE LEFT OUT IN SUN TOO LONG...... SO TOO, I AM SURE, WHEN WE ARE AWAY FROM GOD AND IN THE WORLD TOO LONG ,NOT WALKING IN OBEDIENCE AND TRUST, WE LOSE OUR "FLAVOR" BOY HAVE I BLOWN IT MANY TIMES! BARBARA ANN Post Reply

View Profile History	MATTHEW Posted : 6 Jan, 2009 09:06 PM Hi Barbara, There is an interesting fact about the salt from that region. Most of the salt used in Israel came from evaporated Dead Sea saltwater. The chemical composition of it meant that it would lose it's flavor over a period of time, almost like a soda losing it's fizz. This opens up even more possibilities for that scripture, perhaps use it or lose it? Love and grace, Leon Post Reply

SOME OF US ARE DOING THAT ONE OF THE MAIN THINGS WE CAME UP WITH SO FAR IS HOW THE BEAUTITUDES ARE A TRUE MODEL OF HOW WE ARE TO BE ,WHAT GOD WANTS FROM US BUT AT THE SAME TIME, HE SHOWS HIS MERCY IN THESE WORDS TOO THE SERMON ON THE MOUNT IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF HOW JUST AND MERCIFUL GOD IS AND HOW HE WORKS IN US TO BE THAT WAY AS WELL:waving: Post Reply
evona View Profile History	MATTHEW Posted : 10 Jan, 2009 06:02 AM thanx brother i really am struggling with an issue now could use some prayer we are studying the beautitudes and want to ris eup to the challenge of doing so this is a group of us on facebook you are most certainly welcome yo join us one of the people is planning to speak on the beautitudes to a youth group and later use it at a retreat as speaker so we want to be precise and attuned to God's word here any ideas? barbara ann:waving: Post Reply
