Our Christ is alive.� Asia Bibi,a wife and mother in Pakistan, used these words to defend her faith against mocking co-workers who tried to make her convert to Islam. She was later convicted of blasphemy and sentenced to death Asia Bibi spoke out in defense of her Christian faith when Muslim coworkers mocked her and tried to force her to embrace Islam. She was later convicted of blasphemy and sentenced to be executed. She is in jail today, waiting to hear the high court's decision on her appeal. In Pakistan, more than 150,000 Christians have signed a petition demanding justice for persecution victims, including Asia Bibi. I pray that God will protect them under the shadow of HIs wings, so that they might be delivered from the enemies of our Lord Jesus Christ and the cross.. May God hmself deliver her and all those who seek to know about His love and grace and mercy to freely worship and serve Him as Christian believers. May God Himself touch those with His mighty hand of power who persecute the blievers and the church of the living God, in all these countries who reject and do not know our Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, and bring them to their senses in repentance of their sins, to know who Jesus is...
