Present Day Pharisees Have Leavened the Churches
Matthew 16: 6: "Then Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees."
In Luke 13:20- 21 Christ teaches "And again he said, Whereunto shall I liken the kingdom of God?
It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened."
Leaven is not the Gospel as a few false prophets (Matthew 24: 11) teach. Leaven is false doctrine, which may begin with just a little error in doctrine, but then the error grows and grows and leavens an entire ministry and almost all ministries until it affects all the mainstream Protestant denominations.
The leaven of the Pharisees is their false doctrines, which contradicted what Christ taught. Just as the Pharisees in his time taught false doctrines, so the present
day Pharisees teach false doctrines, and it so happens that some of these false doctrines come out of what the Pharisees were teaching. When many of the
Pharisees believed on Christ as their Messiah, they became Judiazers, and remained as legalists. Acts 15: 1 reports that the Pharisees who believed insisted that Gentile Christians must be
circumcised in order to be saved. The false prophets of today who say that unsaved physical Israel, the group that Romans 9: 8 says "They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children
of God," are still God's people, do not insist that Gentile Christian guys be circumcised, yet they are raising up the physical Israelites who do follow the Old Covenant.
Most of the Pharisees of 2011 are the preachers who graduated from the Christian seminaries, and who are often the agents of the church corporation under the
Internal Revenue tax-exempt 501(c)(3) code. There are a few other present day Pharisees who are not seminary graduates or church pastors, but who have appointed themselves as authorities
over other Christians.
Note that in Mark 8: 15 Jesus Christ says "Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, and of the leaven of Herod." Herod was the governor of Palestine, under Roman
authority. He was part of the government over the Jews then.

they say "By submitting an application (and a substantial fee) to the IRS for tax exempt status, the "church" by their requesting and accepting an Internal Revenue Service Incorporated status allowing the church (to) operate (as) the church(s) became subject unto and within the parameters and statutes of The Uniform Commercial Codes....This voluntary signing away of authority by the church to and on the Internal Revenue Service Inc. or the International Monetary Fund forms, gave IRS Inc. complete authority over them..."

it says "Since churches aren't taxable in the first place, why do so many of them go to the IRS and seek permission to be tax-exempt? It occurs out of:
Ignorance ("We didn't know any better")
Bandwagon logic ("Everyone else is doing it")
Professional advice (many attorneys and CPAs recommend it) "
In other words, the modern day Pharisees are worldly and interpret Romans 13 to say they must honor and obey the government in everything it recommends, says or does. They are in bed with Caesar. Their motto is "We must obey the beast," that is, the first beast of Revelation 13, the government) Like the Pharisees of old they are afraid that "the Romans shall come and take away both our place and nation." (John 11: 48). The modern Pharisees are not afraid the "Romans" will come and take away the nation, but are afraid the "Romans," that is, the government, will come and take away their positions and place as rulers over the church world.
The contemporary Pharisees are few in number compared to the more numerous followers of the Pharisees. The followers of the Pharisees might be called the scorpions. Some of them will
"sting," or try to sting, anyone who is critical of their false doctrines, taught to them by the modern Pharisees.
Ezekiel 2: 3-6 says "And he said unto me, Son of man, I send thee to the children of Israel, to a rebellious nation that hath rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me, even unto this very day.
4. For they are impudent children and stiffhearted. I do send thee unto them; and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD. 5. And they, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear, (for they are a rebellious house,) yet shall know that there hath been a prophet among them 6. And thou, son of man, be not afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers and thorns be with thee, and thou dost dwell among scorpions: be not afraid of their words, nor be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house."
The key verse here is Ezekiel 2: 6 where it refers to dwelling among scorpions, and than says don't be afraid of their words, which indicates the scorpions are people.
In Revelation 9: 3 locusts as scorpions are said to come out of the smoke from the opening of the bottomless pit. This is all metaphorical prophecy for the time of the end. The bottomless pit refers to a place where demon spirits are shut up (Revelation 9:1-2, 9: 11, 11:7, 17:8 and 20:1, 3). So the scorpions, or Hal Lindsey's Cobra helicopters (New World Coming, 1973, pp 8, 141) that come out of the smoke might be demon spirits - or they could be humans inspired by Satan and the demon spirits, or both.
As metaphors the scorpions of Revelation 9: 3 point to those in Ezekiel 2: 6, which would say they are people. In general we can assume that scripture is consistent. Usually when the same metaphor occurs in different verses of the Bible, it can be assumed to have the same meaning. There are a very few exceptions to this rule, in which a metaphor will have different meanings in different verses.. This rule of consistency in the meaning of metaphors is similar to the assumption that the Bible does not contradict itself. It does not say one thing at one place and contradict it in another place. The basis for this assumption and for the assumption that metaphors have a consistent meaning is from II Timothy 3: 16, "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:"
In addition, II Peter 1: 21 says "For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost."
Because God the Holy Spirit inspired men of old to write what he told them to write, we can know that the Spirit is consistent in what he had the writers of the Bible say. What the problem is now after the falling away of II Thessalonians 2: 3 in the churches is that the vast number of different English translations of the Bible has created confusion about which translations to trust as being the word of God, exactly what Satan wanted to occur.
