Will Gods army of saints kill anyone during the tribulation period before the Second Coming of God Jesus to the earth?
Please, those who KNOW God, answer to these questions.
Zechariah 14
The Day of the LORD
Behold, the day of the LORD is coming,
And your spoil will be divided in your midst.
For I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem;
The city shall be taken,
The houses rifled,
And the women ravished.
Then the LORD will go forth
And fight against those nations,
As He fights in the day of battle.
And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives,
Which faces Jerusalem on the east.
And this shall be the plague with which the LORD will strike all the people who fought against Jerusalem:
Their flesh shall dissolve while they stand on their feet,
Their eyes shall dissolve in their sockets,
And their tongues shall dissolve in their mouths.
Zecharia 14
The LORD in Judgment and Salvation:
Who is this who comes from Edom,
With dyed garments from Bozrah,
This One who is glorious in His apparel,
Traveling in the greatness of His strength?
 I who speak in righteousness, mighty to save.
2 Why is Your apparel red,
And Your garments like one who treads in the winepress?
 I have trodden the winepress alone,
And from the peoples no one was with Me.
For I have trodden them in My anger,
And trampled them in My fury;
Their blood is sprinkled upon My garments,
And I have stained all My robes.
For the day of vengeance is in My heart,
And the year of My redeemed has come.
I looked, but there was no one to help,
And I wondered
That there was no one to uphold;
Therefore My own arm brought salvation for Me;
And My own fury, it sustained Me.
I have trodden down the peoples in My anger,
Made them drunk in My fury,
And brought down their strength to the earth.
Isaiah 63:1-6
Just to remind you what Richard said:
2 Thess 1:1,6-10: To the *CHURCH* of the ThessaloniansGod is just; He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you and give relief to you who are troubled, and to us as well. This will happen *WHEN* the Lord Jesus is *REVEALED* {See I Peter 1:13} from heaven in blazing fire **WITH HIS POWERFUL ANGELS** {See Matt 16:27 & Matt 24:30,31} He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. They will be punished with everlasting *DESTRUCTION* and shut out from the presence of the Lord *ON THE DAY HE COMES* to be glorified in His holy people!! {THE LAST DAY-See Rev 20:11-15}
Romans 12 gives us many ways that we can follow some of the best of the 400 commands of the New Covenant of loving others as Jesus loved us by renewing our minds and being transformed {as per Romans 12:2} with the hope of countless heavenly rewards for faithful and loving service:
Romans 12:5-13,20,21: In Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to us. If a man's gift is prophesying, let him use it in proportion to his faith. If it is teaching, let him teach, if it is encouraging let him encourage. If it is contributing to the needs of others, let him give generously.
Love must be sincere, Hate what is evil, cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Share with God's people who are in need. Practice hospitality.
Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited....
If your enemy is hungry feed him, if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good!
____
Praise the Lord that He helps us.
His judgment is in righteousness and
His salvation is for those who are REDEEMED through their FAITH in the Son of God.
Will Gods army of saints kill anyone during the tribulation period before the Second Coming of God Jesus to the earth?
During the Tribulation God's New Covenant applies to all the saints alive on earth: To love all their enemies; to feed him if he is hungry; and to always offer up the other cheek. And the only weapon they may use is the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God.
However God's two Witnesses Moses and Elijah will kill those who try to harm them with fire from their mouths as per Rev 11:5. And 4 of God's Heavenly angels will command those riders on horses that will kill 1/3 of all mankind in Rev 9:13-21:
Rev 9:13-15:I heard a voice coming from the horns of the golden altar that is before God. It said to the 6th angel who had the trumpet, "release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates." And the four angels ... were released to kill a third of mankind. The number of the mounted troops was 200 million{Possibly martyrs}.
Those who will be killed will have probably all worshiped 666 and received his mark; and possibly will have been involved in the murder of God's Tribulation martyrs and Rev 9:20,21: The rest of mankind that were not killed by these plagues still did not repent of the work of their hands, they did not stop worshiping demons etc etc.
Rev 16:4-6: The 3rd angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood. Then I heard the angel in charge of the waters say, "You are just in Your judgments, You Who are and Who were, the Holy One, because You have so judged; for they have shed the blood of Your saints and prophets, and You have given them blood to drink as they deserve."
We do not know how people will be killed. Just God said:
4 These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands standing before the God of the earth. 5 And if anyone wants to harm them, fire proceeds from their mouth and devours their enemies. And if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this manner. 6 These have power to shut heaven, so that no rain falls in the days of their prophecy; and they have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to strike the earth with all plagues, as often as they desire. Rev 11.
But who is our God Jesus a killer?
No. He is God of Peace the Scripture said.
He resurrected people and healed them (He healed the cut earth of soldier who came to arrest Him. He was teaching if you use sword, you will die from sword)..
He brought them salvation and not death.
He is the same today as He was before.
He was and is God of Peace.
His righteous indignation will judge people by cataclysms but He will not cut their throats as Islam says it! He is not a killer. He will defend Jews upon His return.
How? By sword? No. By natural disasters: fire from heaven
His nature/essence is LOVE and PEACE! His Teaching of Peace and LOVE is as follows:
38 You have heard that it was said, An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.[f] 39 But I tell you not to resist an evil person. But whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also. 40 If anyone wants to sue you and take away your tunic, let him have your cloak also. 41 And whoever compels you to go one mile, go with him two. 42 Give to him who asks you, and from him who wants to borrow from you do not turn away.
Love Your Enemies
43 You have heard that it was said, You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy. 44 But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, 45 that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? 47 And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so? 48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.
Will He literally press enemies (Muslim states who will attack Israel) as grapes in the winepress?
Yes, during this war. But He will NOT kill them by His hand!!!! He will kill them by the rightness of His coming! He has fighters/angels to fight against enemies/demons.
Reread the Scripture and you will see the exact description of demons controlled and led by 4 angels (released demons too) ref. to: Rev 9:13-15.
Martyrs are the HOLY people of God who follow the way of Jesus: PEACE and LOVE. They are not killers because God forbids killing according to Rev 21; 22!!!
Thus, this army could be a literal army of soldiers but most probably demons.
Actually the 200 million riders on horses could not be demons since there are only about 50 million demons or fallen angels and God's Word says that God's 4 angels {NOT DEMONS} were released to kill a third of mankind as per Rev 9:15. Remember God judges evil on earth as in Noah's flood when he killed everyone on earth except for 6 righteous people. And God killed everyone in Sodom and Gomorrah because of their terrible sins.
One third of the angels rebelled against God and were cast to earth in exile from His presence.
The other two-thirds, who remained faithful to God, are numbered as thousands upon thousands and ten thousand times ten thousand (Rev 5:11, Dan 7:10).
Ten thousand times ten thousand is 100 million.
But what about: thousands upon thousands ?????
Thousands upon thousands is an idiom used to expressed unlimited number (in some sense) of angels.
It's idiomatic. That'w hy I do not recommend you to count them.
The chariots of God are tens of thousands and thousands of thousands; the Lord [has come] from Sinai into his sanctuary.
Psalm 68:17
Psalm 68
1 Let God arise,
Let His enemies be scattered;
Let those also who hate Him flee before Him.
2 As smoke is driven away,
So drive them away;
As wax melts before the fire,
So let the wicked perish at the presence of God.
3 But let the righteous be glad;
Let them rejoice before God;
Yes, let them rejoice exceedingly.
4 Sing to God, sing praises to His name;
Extol Him who rides on the clouds,[a]
By His name YAH,
And rejoice before Him.
5 A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows,
Is God in His holy habitation.
6 God sets the solitary in families;
He brings out those who are bound into prosperity;
But the rebellious dwell in a dry land.
7 O God, when You went out before Your people,
When You marched through the wilderness, Selah
8 The earth shook;
The heavens also dropped rain at the presence of God;
Sinai itself was moved at the presence of God, the God of Israel.
9 You, O God, sent a plentiful rain,
Whereby You confirmed Your inheritance,
When it was weary.
10 Your congregation dwelt in it;
You, O God, provided from Your goodness for the poor.
11 The Lord gave the word;
Great was the company of those who proclaimed it:
12 Kings of armies flee, they flee,
And she who remains at home divides the spoil.
13 Though you lie down among the sheepfolds,
You will be like the wings of a dove covered with silver,
And her feathers with yellow gold.
14 When the Almighty scattered kings in it,
It was white as snow in Zalmon.
15 A mountain of God is the mountain of Bashan;
A mountain of many peaks is the mountain of Bashan.
16 Why do you fume with envy, you mountains of many peaks?
This is the mountain which God desires to dwell in;
Yes, the LORD will dwell in it forever.
17 The chariots of God are twenty thousand,
Even thousands of thousands;
The Lord is among them as in Sinai, in the Holy Place.
18 You have ascended on high,
You have led captivity captive;
You have received gifts among men,
Even from the rebellious,
That the LORD God might dwell there.
19 Blessed be the Lord,
Who daily loads us with benefits,
The God of our salvation! Selah
20 Our God is the God of salvation;
And to GOD the Lord belong escapes from death.
21 But God will wound the head of His enemies,
The hairy scalp of the one who still goes on in his trespasses.
22 The Lord said, I will bring back from Bashan,
I will bring them back from the depths of the sea,
23 That your foot may crush them[b] in blood,
And the tongues of your dogs may have their portion from your enemies.
24 They have seen Your procession, O God,
The procession of my God, my King, into the sanctuary.
25 The singers went before, the players on instruments followed after;
Among them were the maidens playing timbrels.
26 Bless God in the congregations,
The Lord, from the fountain of Israel.
27 There is little Benjamin, their leader,
The princes of Judah and their company,
The princes of Zebulun and the princes of Naphtali.
28 Your God has commanded[c] your strength;
Strengthen, O God, what You have done for us.
29 Because of Your temple at Jerusalem,
Kings will bring presents to You.
30 Rebuke the beasts of the reeds,
The herd of bulls with the calves of the peoples,
Till everyone submits himself with pieces of silver.
Scatter the peoples who delight in war.
31 Envoys will come out of Egypt;
Ethiopia will quickly stretch out her hands to God.
32 Sing to God, you kingdoms of the earth;
Oh, sing praises to the Lord, Selah
33 To Him who rides on the heaven of heavens, which were of old!
Indeed, He sends out His voice, a mighty voice.
34 Ascribe strength to God;
His excellence is over Israel,
And His strength is in the clouds.
35 O God, You are more awesome than Your holy places.
The God of Israel is He who gives strength and power to His people.
By judging in JUSTICE is expressing His LOVE toward people and it is His HOLINESS.
That's why He says that ONLY HOLY people will dwell in His presence!
If your life style is the same like people of Soddom lived then He will judge you the same way:
His law reads," Punishment for sin is DEATH".
That's why you will die the same way if you will NOT TURN from your sins and abandon them. If you will NOT believe in His Son who is God then you cannt be born of God. And you cannt be forgiven of your sins. Then in this case God will judge you according to this law above.
His Son was killed instead of you. If you do not need it then you will be anyway acountable. It is God's holiness ..His nature- Justice and this Justice is LOVE!
1 Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
The Discipline of God
3 For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls. 4 You have not yet resisted to bloodshed, striving against sin. 5 And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons:
 My son, do not despise the chastening of the LORD,
Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him;
6 For whom the LORD loves He chastens,
And scourges every son whom He receives.[a]
7 If[b] you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten? 8 But if you are without chastening, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons. 9 Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live? 10 For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness. 11 Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.
Renew Your Spiritual Vitality
12 Therefore strengthen the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees, 13 and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed.
14 Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord: 15 looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled; 16 lest there be any fornicator or profane person like Esau, who for one morsel of food sold his birthright. 17 For you know that afterward, when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for repentance, though he sought it diligently with tears.
The Glorious Company
18 For you have not come to the mountain that[c] may be touched and that burned with fire, and to blackness and darkness[d] and tempest, 19 and the sound of a trumpet and the voice of words, so that those who heard it begged that the word should not be spoken to them anymore. 20 (For they could not endure what was commanded: And if so much as a beast touches the mountain, it shall be stoned[e] or shot with an arrow.[f] 21 And so terrifying was the sight that Moses said, I am exceedingly afraid and trembling.[g])
22 But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, 23 to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect, 24 to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.
Hear the Heavenly Voice
25 See that you do not refuse Him who speaks. For if they did not escape who refused Him who spoke on earth, much more shall we not escape if we turn away from Him who speaks from heaven, 26 whose voice then shook the earth; but now He has promised, saying, Yet once more I shake[h] not only the earth, but also heaven.[i] 27 Now this, Yet once more, indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.
28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may[j] serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. 29 For our God is a consuming fire.
You have heard that it was said to those of old,
You shall not murder, and whoever murders will be in danger of the judgment.
But I say to you that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause
shall be in danger of the judgment.
And whoever says to his brother, Raca! shall be in danger of the council.
But whoever says, You fool! shall be in danger of hell fire.
Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way.
WHO WILL BE THE 200 MILLION EXECUTIONERS ON HORSES THAT WILL KILL ONE THIRD OF MANKIND IN REVELATION?? 9:13-21??
The 6th and next to the last trumpet plague {Rev 9:13-21}will probably come toward the end on the Great Tribulation and then 200 million riders on horses will kill one third of mankind. This will also occur after there will be a great multitude of martyrs in heaven with white robes fellowshiping with Jesus as per Rev 7:9,14,15.
Because of the other wars and plagues that will occur before this 6th trumpet plague let us assume that there will be about 6 billion people alive on earth at this time. Then there will be about 2 billion people killed by these 200 million riders on horses or about 10 for each rider.
Rev 9:13-17a,18: The 6th angel sounded his trumpet, and I heard a voice {God Himself will give this commzand} coming from the horns of the golden altar that is before God. It said to the 6th angel..."Release the 4 angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates." And 4 {Heavenly} angels who had been kept ready for this very hour...were released to kill a third of mankind. The number of the mounted troops was 200 million, The horses and riders I saw in my vision looked like this....A third of mankind will be killed by the 3 plagues of fire smoke and sulfur that came out of their mouths."
NOTE:The lost will also be killed by fire that will come out of the mouths of Moses and Elijah as per Rev 11:5.
Who will be the 200 million mounted troops on *HORSES* who will be commanded by 4 of God's angels?? in Rev 9:16-19??
NOTE: God's saints will also follow Jesus on *HORSES* {Rev 19:14}on the Last Day just after the Marriage Feast of the Lamb and they will destroy the armies of 666 as per Revelation 19:8-21
There will be 2 comings of Jesus on the same Last Day. The First will be **FOR** His saints and the Second Coming will be **WITH** His saints just after the marriage Feast of the Lamb.
Revelation 19:11,13;14, 19-21:.I saw Heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose Rider is called Faithful and True... He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and His Name is the Word of God. The armies of Heaven were following Him riding on white ***HORSES*** and dressed in fine linen, white and clean {See Rev 19:8}.... Then I saw the Beast {666} and the {10} kings { See Rev 17:12-14 below} of the earth and their {10} armies gathered together to make war against the Rider on the horse and His army. But the Beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf... The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.
The rest of them were killed with the sword that came out of the mouth of the Rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh. {See Rev 17:12-14 and Jude 14-16}
My guess is the 200 million riders on horses in Rev 9:13-21will be 200 million Tribulation Martyrs who will be with Jesus in Heaven during the Great Tribulation. See Rev 6:10-12 & Rev 7:9,14,15.
Rev 6:9-11: When He {Jesus} opened the 5th seal, I saw the souls of those who had been slain {Just like Jesus} because of the testimony they had maintained. They called out in a loud voice, How long until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood? The each of them was given a *WHITE ROBE*, and they were told to wait a little longer, until the number {200 million??} of their brothers who were to be killed as they had been was completed. {When the 6th angel:angel: sounds his trumpet in Rev 9:13-21??}
Rev 7:9,13,14,15a,17a: After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from *EVERY* NATION, TRIBE, PEOPLE AND LANGUAGE, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb {Jesus}. They were wearing *WHITE ROBES*Then one of the {24} elders {Rev 4:4} asked me, These in *WHITE ROBES*who are they and where did they come from? And he said, These are they who have come out of the Great Tribulation; {Martyrs just like Jesus} they have washed their robes and made them WHITE in the *BLOOD OF THE LAMB* {Jesus}. They are before the throne of God and serve him day and night... :applause::rolleyes::peace:
