Jesus changed many of the OT laws such as an eye for an eye to offering up the other cheek and he eliminated all the strict Sabbath laws and all the Levitical dietary laws and the laws concerning sacrificing of animals for sin since Jesus put an end to all sacrifices for sin.
But what do you think: why did Jews/Orthodox Jews stopped performing their animal sacrifices? Why they think that there is no need anymore in these sacrifices?
Thank you in advance.
Blessings for you!

Prosperity

Jesus changed many of the OT laws such as an eye for an eye to offering up the other cheek and he eliminated all the strict Sabbath laws and all the Levitical dietary laws and the laws concerning sacrificing of animals for sin since Jesus put an end to all sacrifices for sin. Jesus also added a new Love commandment as to loving your neighbor as yourself to Loving one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than to lay down your life for your friends. As I have shown with over 20 NT Scriptures Jesus also changed the prosperity laws. There were 613 OT commandments and their about 400 NT commands which all have to be obeyed with love just as Jesus loved us.
Can you quote any NT Scripture which contradicts the teaching of Jesus to the prosperous in Matthew 19:21 & Luke 12:33 "To sell all your possessions and give to the poor and you will have treasure in heaven; and **THEN** come follow Me."
Prosperity was part of the OT Covenant but the *NEW** NT Covenant is totally against the Prosperity Gospel: The NT Covenant inspired by the Holy Spirit also commands:
Hebrews 8:6,7,13: But the ministry Jesus has received is as superior to theirs as the covenant of which He is mediator is superior to the old one, and is founded on better promises..By calling this covenant "NEW," He has made the first one obsolete!!
Jesus says to His disciples "Teach them to obey **EVERYTHING** I commanded" in Matt 28:20.
John 14:23,24: Jesus says, "If anyone loves Me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make our home with him. He who does not love Me will not obey My teaching."
I John 2:3-5: We know that we have come to know Him {Jesus} **IF** we obey His commands. The man who says, "I know Him," but does not do what He commands is a liar, and the Truth is not in him. But if anyone obeys His Word, God's love is truly made complete in Him.
But what do you think: why did Jews/Orthodox Jews stopped performing their animal sacrifices?
They stopped performing the sacrifices because they lost the temple in 70 AD. They have never regained control of the temple area to be able to build a new temple.
There is currently a team building all the furniture for a new temple once they get the temple mount back (as the Bible predicts). The Orthodox Jews have not changed their theology, they are simply being blocked from being able to offer their sacrifices.
Luke 6:20: Jesus says, "Blessed are you who are *POOR*, for yours is the Kingdom of Heaven!"
Luke 12:33: Jesus says, "Sell your possessions and give to the *POOR*. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will not be exhausted. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also!"
2 Corinthians 6:4-10: "As servants of God we commend ourselves in every way: in great endurance, in troubles, hardships and distresses; in beatings, imprisonments and riots, in hard work, sleepless nights and hunger; in purity, understanding, patience and kindness, in the Holy Spirit and in sincere love; in truthful speech and in the power of God; through glory and dishonor; genuine, yet regarded as impostors; dying and yet we live on; beaten, and yet not killed, sorrowful, yet always rejoicing, *POOR**, yet making many rich; having *NOTHING*, and yet possessing everything.":applause:
Did the early NT saints practice the Prosperity Gospel??
Acts 2:44,45: "**ALL** the believers:rolleyes: were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need."
Acts 4:32,34: " **ALL** the believers:rolleyes: were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they shared everything they had... There were no needy persons among them. For from time to time those who owned lands or houses sold them, brought the money from the sales and put them at the apostles feet, and it was distributed to anyone as he had need."
And so the early NT saints followed the command of Jesus in Matthew 19:21 "to sell your possessions and give to the poor and you will have treasures in heaven and *THEN* come follow Me."
Would those who teach the Satanic Prosperity Gospel preach their nonsense to the very poor saints who earn a few dollars per day in Africa, Asia and South America?? Why don't the churches who preach the Prosperity Gospel not sell their possessions and give to these poor saints like the early saints who followed the teachings of Jesus?? If they did follow the NT teachings then they also would be poor!
If you would watch the Satanic prosperity teacher Osteen on TV you will note the TV will switch to some of the people there and you find that they have very expensive clothes and much gold jewelry. These people delight in their prosperity as a sign that they are good Christians while they openly sin according to I Timothy 2:9,10: "I also want women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or expensive clothes, but with good deeds, appropriate for women who profess to worship God."
I John 2:3-5: We know that we:rolleyes: have come to know Him {Jesus} **IF** we obey His commands. The man who says, "I know Him," but does not do what He commands is a liar {Like Osteen}, and the Truth is not in him. But if anyone obeys His Word, God's love is truly made complete in Him.
IS THE PROSPERITY GOSPEL THE GOSPEL OF SATAN??
I John 2:15,16: "Do not love the world of **ANYTHING** in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For everything in the world--the cravings of sinful man, the lust of the eyes and the boasting of what he has and does--comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever.":peace:
James 4:3,4: "When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures. You adulterous people, don't you know that friendship with the world is hatred toward God."
James 5:15 "Now listen you rich people, weep and wail because of the misery that is coming upon you. Your wealth has rotted and moths have eaten your clothes. Your gold and silver are corroded. Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. You have hoarded wealth in the Last Days...You have lived on earth in luxury and self-indulgence. You have fattened yourselves in the day of slaughter."
Matthew 6:24: Jesus says, "No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money!"
I Timothy 6:6-10: "But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that. People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs."
2 Timothy 3:1,2: But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves and lovers of money."
Hebrews 13:5: Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."
Matthew 19:20-24: The rich man said "All these {commandments} I have kept. What do I still lack?" Jesus answered, "If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. *THEN** come , follow Me." When the young man heard this, he went away sad, because he had great wealth.
Then Jesus said to His disciples, "I tell you the truth, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."
The Prosperity Gospel is truly the Gospel of Satan:devil:.
To James, believers know what the word of God means.
You for one proclaim that the word is not believable, are you ready to yet repent, and turn to the lord, how you can understand anything when you openly deny life?
Who's responsibility is it to believe James?
What is your response continually to scripture James?
Why do you expect others to follow you into unbelief?
Why do you propose I am the problem, because I won't deny Jesus for you?
Just so you know Prophet one continual tactic of those that oppose the word of God is to post a scripture not in any way relative to the topic being denied. In otherwords of denying prosperity which in no way is limited to finances as it is inclusive to every area of life upon the earth.
In other words continually saying that prosperity is of the devil, when the bible teaches poverty is of the devil.
Notice this example in context:
Then Jesus said to His disciples, "I tell you the truth, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven. Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."
Mt 10:20 And he answered and said unto him, Master, all these have I observed from my youth.
21 Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me.
22 And he was sad at that saying, and went away grieved: for he had great possessions.
23 And Jesus looked round about, and saith unto his disciples, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!
24 And the disciples were astonished at his words. But Jesus answereth again, and saith unto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God!
25 It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.
26 And they were astonished out of measure, saying among themselves, Who then can be saved?
27 And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.
28 Then Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee.
29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospels,
30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
Did Jesus say or even imply that a rich man could not enter into heaven?
What did Jesus say to the disciples, the one that trusts in riches would have a hard time, and that is why the young man went away sad for his treasure was in his money.
Notice his disciples in awe because Jewish men knew they where promised wealth, they marveled and said then who can enter in to the kingdom of God and Jesus answered and said with man nothing is impossible, but with God all things are possible.
Notice what Jesus said to Peter when Peter said we have left all for you.
Mr 10:30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
Jesus said to them the exact opposite of what you continually say, and Jesus knew the spiritual laws about giving.
He told them they would receive multiples of what they have given for the gospel in this life, now and in the life to come.
Matthew 19:29,30: Jesus says, "Everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or fields for My sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life. But many who are first will be last , and many who are last {Poor now} will be first."{In Heaven}
Did Jesus mean that you would receive 100 brothers, sisters, children, fathers and mothers and houses on earth or when you get to heaven??????????? Actually in Heaven we will have millions of mothers, fathers and friends who will love us just the way we are.
If you believe you will receive 100 mothers, and 100 fathers and and 100 houses on earth you are one very sick puppy.
Luke 12:1521.33,34: Jesus says, "Watch out! Be on your guard against all kind of greed; a man's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions. Then Jesus told them this parable:
The ground of a certain rich man produced a good crop. He thought to himself, "What shall I do? I have no place to store my crops." Then he said, "This is what I'll do. I will tear down my barns and build bigger ones, and there I will store all my grain and my goods. And I'll say to myself, "You have plenty of good things laid up for many years. Take life easy; eat, drink and be merry." But God said to him, "You fool! This night your life will demanded from you...This is how it will be with anyone who stores up things for himself but is not rich toward God....Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in **HEAVEN* that will not be exhausted. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also!"
Luke 6:20: Jesus says, "Blessed are you who are *POOR*, for yours is the Kingdom of Heaven!"

Light is never overcome by darkness, but the light always dispels the darkness.
5 Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the brethren, that they would go before unto you, and make up beforehand your bounty, whereof ye had notice before, that the same might be ready, as a matter of bounty, and not as of covetousness.
6 But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
9 (As it is written, He hath dispersed abroad; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever.
10 Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;)
11 Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness, which causeth through us thanksgiving to God.
12 For the administration of this service not only supplieth the want of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto God;
13 Whiles by the experiment of this ministration they glorify God for your professed subjection unto the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal distribution unto them, and unto all men;
14 And by their prayer for you, which long after you for the exceeding grace of God in you.
