James answer
What do you mean?
What if everyone prayed and see if the got a feeling before they posted anything???
Maybe you should have asked this question to twosparrows before he said what he said on "ask a guy".
Do you have any Scriptures you would like to present on this subject?

James again:
Well, if you read my posts, you know that I don't get involved in that kind of stuff. Yes, I have noticed that a couple of men on this section get upset at some women who post on this section. Frankly, if I read a post on this section and it is NOT a question about the Bible, but instead a complaint about someone posting too much, or something like that, I just ignore it, and move on.
The only reason I asked PJ that question is because who knows what PJ means?
"what if" is NOT even a whole question!
This section of the boards is supposed to be for discussion about the Bible.
Then you read PJ's post on this thread he started and you STILL don't know what he means.
In Christ,

Imagine the contradiction of one saying and boldy implying that man hearing from God would best resolved of private hunches.
Then the same individual would exalt some men as having a special ability to know and understand truth and all others would have is hunches.
Very interesting accusation against grace itself, knowing that grace could be revealed as the lord Jesus Christ.
You are correct sir!Spurgeon hit it right on the head, and he was so poetic too! There is nothing good in us apart from God!There is no special reason God has chosen us and not all to regenerate. The only reason given in scripture is,for his own good pleasure, for his glory,
I Peter 1:22: "Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere **LOVE** for your brothers, l**LOVE** one another deeply, from the heart.":applause:
I Corinthians 13:2,4-8: If I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not **LOVE** I am nothing...**LOVE** is patient, **LOVE** is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. **LOVE** does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. **LOVE** never fails!!":peace:
John 13:34: Jesus says, "A NEW command I give you: **LOVE** one another As I have loved you, so you must **LOVE** one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples."
John 14:23: Jesus says, If anyone **LOVES** Me, he will obey My teaching, My Father will **LOVE** him, and We will make Our home with him.
Matthew 28:19.20 Jesus commands, Go and make disciples of all nations... teaching them to *OBEY EVERYTHING* I have commanded you! {See I John 2:3-5}
EVERYTHING would also include all the other commands in God's inspired Word from Acts to Revelation as per 2 Timothy 3:16: 4:2: "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work...Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage--with great patience and careful instruction.
If we really **LOVE** our brothers and sister in Christ we will lovingly teach them to obey all the approximately 400 commands of the NT with **LOVE** in the hope of countless eternal rewards when Jesus comes with great power with all His angels.
Revelation 22:112: Jesus says,"Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with Me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done!?
Matthew 16:27: Jesus says, For the Son of Man is going to come in His **FATHER'S GLORY WITH HIS ANGELS**:angel::angel:, and **THEN** He will reward each person according to what he has done."
I Corinthians 3:8,9: "The man who plants and the man who waters have one purpose, and each will be rewarded according to his own labor. For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building."
Ephesians 4:15: "Speaking the Truth in **LOVE**, we will in all things grow up into Him who is the Head, that is, Christ!"
Many are afraid to quote the more controversial Truths in God's Word even if it is done **IN LOVE** such as: 2 Timothy 2:9-12:
"I also want women to dress modestly, with decency and propriety, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or expensive clothes, but with good deeds, appropriate for women who profess to worship God. A woman should learn in quietness and full submission. I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent."
I Corinthians 14:33-35: "As in **ALL** the congregations of the saints, women should remain silent in the churches. They are no allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the Law says. If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church."
However women may teach men outside of the church as per Acts 18:26: " When Priscilla and Aquila heard him, they invited HIM to their home and explained to him the way of God more adequately."
Wow, now I am deep trouble. Please rebuke and correct me gently and **IN LOVE**:hearts::rolleyes:
