Yet to YHWH these have almost no value at all. There are things man holds as being valueable,yet YHWH consders them worhtless in the light of Who He is,and What He is like. Man says that Gold is worth about $1200-$1500.00 a troy ounce. Yet a pint of plasma which is the spun off fliud found in blood,this is worth not much, Even though this is used to treat burn victims. A human person is worth maybe $38.00 today. Now let us look at how YHWH sees these in light of Eternity. 1 Pe 1:7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: A believers FAITH,and The trying/testing of their faith is MUCH more Precious than Gold. 1 Pet. 1:18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; 1Pe 1:19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: The blood which mans do not think is important,Is more valueable then anything and everything in this life Literal translation Mat 16:25 For whoever may desire to save his life will lose it. But whoever may lose his life for My sake will find it. Mat 16:26 For what will a man be benefited if he should gain the whole world, but forfeits his soul? Or what will a man give as an exchange for his soul? Mr.Merciful Mar 8:35 For whoever desires to save his life, he shall lose it. But whoever shall lose his life for My sake and the gospel, that one shall save it. Mar 8:36 For what shall it profit a man if he gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul? When you are critical of financial wealth, you are calling Jesus a liar, but some don't have a problem with that. Post Reply
