1Sa 16:7 But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.
2Corin 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
This Scripture says,YHWH sees the intents and structure of each person heart.
I/we see the outworkings of the heart.
YHWH deals with the roots of sin,the heart,mind,attitudes,
will,passions and desiries.
We want to deal with the syptoms of sin,much as a doctor treats the symptoms of dieases.
When the symptoms are dealt with,we think that there has been change,only to be dissappointed later.
YHWH does not deal with symptoms,but the roots.
When YHWH has finished dealing with the root problems then the symptoms disappear.
Much like a landscaper,if he just cuts the danolions with a lawnmower,the dandolions will return in a short time.
When the dandolions roots have been removed,NO MORE DANDOLIONS.
What are we looking for YWHW to be doing in my life, and the life of others,treat the symptoms of sin.
Or completely irradicate them.
He may remove some,or most in theis life.
Yet in the New Creation,all of this will have been dealt with completely.
I agree wholeheartedly and would like to add that when you see God dealing with a symptoms in a perons life it is often because they do not realize or believe they have a root problem.
Also,we tend to believe that we need to help ABBA in removing sin(s) from each others lives.
If He needs my help than he cannot be as He says that He is.
Now what do we do when we do not see people growing as WE believe they should be growing;
Do we tell them to 'Repent'.
Do we badger them about sin,or about sinning.
Or will we TRUST,that the GOD of heaven and earth is better qualified,and is able to do all that He has said that He will be doing in my life and the life of others.
Mar 4:24 And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.
Mar 4:25 For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath.
Mar 4:26 And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground;
Mar 4:27 And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how.
Mar 4:28 For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear.
Mar 4:29 But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come.
We say that we believe the Word of GOD,and that we trust Him.
