But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;
the word used here uncleanness is from the root word akathartos which means:
1) not cleansed, unclean
a) in a ceremonial sense: that which must be abstained from according to the levitical law
b) in a moral sense: unclean in thought and life
LET IT NOT BE NAMED AMONG YOU TO BE UNCLEAN ACCORDING TO TORAH?
and in 5:5
For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
here is the same word unclean person?? and this time that person will not enter the Kingdom of MESSIAH and of YHWH ?
this is the same word that Kepha (Peter) used when he was explaining the vision he had and how he reacted by saying
Acts 11:8
8 But I said, Not so, Lord: for nothing common or unclean hath at any time entered into my mouth.
the same word here meaning nothing unclean according to Torah have i ever eaten,,and i submit to you that Kepha never did eat any common or unclean thing,,for this vision was about the gentiles but that is not the point here,if you wish to talk about this post a separate topic about it
what does this mean to you who think there is no use for cleanness according to Torah?
you can live a clean life according to Torah and still follow and love MESSIAH as fact you will be living the way HE lived,,,brother i am sorry but i really don't care if you shake your head, stomp your feet or ask your doctrine church to pray for me, what i do care about is MESSIAH and what HE thinks,,so shake it all you want but you can't give me anything else but that ???? come on man??? see that is what happens, you post questions that challenge doctrine and the comfort zone of here say this pray and heres your ticket now you can run wild,,and this is what you get,,,i'm shaking my head hahahahaha shake it all you want brother
why are you so antagonistic to what icebro has to say? your attitude is indicative of the message he was trying to articulate, but your sarcasm reeks of disdain for a fellow brother in Christ, and is only a barren fig tree that will never produce anything but stems
Col 2:23 Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in superstition and humility, and not sparing the body; not in any honour to the filling of the flesh.
MESSIAH came to break the debit record of Torah and take away the sins,,,but we can still strive to live clean by example eating, letting land rest, celebrating Feast, how we treat our brothers and sisters , Shabbat, coveting ,adultery , abstaining from blood ,idols, things that are strangled, w-horing, all these things help us to live in the house that YHWH makes,,they in no way save you that is done by MESSIAH but you can still strive to live as HE did,,because HE takes sin away is not a reason to sin,,and what is sin again according to Scripture

You speak without full knowledge as one who jumps in the middle and thinks he knows beginning and end. Icebro has been posting for quite awhile, I have been here; where have you been? From reading the collective posts of icebro over time I put him just a fore-skin away from being a Judaizer.
As for you; you seem to be flying in stealth mode; we will have to wait for you to post something of substance to reveal if you too wish to put us back under the Law and tell Jesus, "Thanks for the forgiveness, I'll take it from here"
