One of the most successful strategy he has been using lately to take us away from our salvation is through the person we choose to be our wife/husband, so let's pray and ask God to help us choosing the right person He has sent for us. To know what the Word says in the original language could be very different then what is in the English translations. Let the Lord and His Word decide this issue. John 6:37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. John 6:38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. John 6:39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. John 6:40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. Yeshua is the Shepherd,we are his sheep: What is the position and purpose of the Shepherd. Luke 15:4 What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it? Luke 15:5 And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing. Luk 15:6 And when he cometh home, he calleth together his frieends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost. Luke 15:7 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance. If a person could lose their salvation then they would need someone else to do all which Yeshua had done to fulfill all righteousness. For Yeshua died once unto the Salvation of man. There is no one else. John 6:65 And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. John 6:66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him. John 6:67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? John 6:68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. John 6:69 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God. God knows who He is saving the rest are just pretenders and if you are a pretender you was never saved in the first place. 1 John 2:19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us; but they went out that they might be made manifest, that none of them were of us. THEY NEVER WERE SAVED TO BEGIN WITH!!!! Post Reply

Posted : 21 Aug, 2010 01:00 PM Well, that's kind of my point, you guys believe that people that exhibit some qualities of a Christian aren't really Christians, but then you insist that you aren't one of those "pretenders". And my question is, if you believe other people that claim salvation are pretenders, then you should judge yourself with the same standard with which you judge others. Maybe you're a pretender and you just don't know it yet. If you insist that you never could be one, then I think that's presumptuous and prideful. You must be infallible, and therefore better than everyone else. I've been noticing that a lot of people that believe in "once saved, always saved" have similar personalities. You won't get to heaven with dead faith, that's for sure. You would be denying the power of Christ to change your life. Works are a witness to a converted heart. Works aren't what gets us to heaven, but they are a symptom of what really does get us there. :peace::peace: Post Reply

AND THERE IS NO ETERNAL SECURITY FOR THE BELIEVER THEN U HAVE TO THINK ABOUT WHAT YOUR SAyING IF YOU BELIEVE AND TEACH THIS THAN THERE WAS NO POINT FOR JESUS TO HANG ON THE CROSS AND MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS JESUS PAID IT ALL AND IF A PERSON IS SAVED SOLEY BY COMING TO CHRIST YOU WILL BE FRUITFUL AND THAT PERSON HAS THE HOLY SPIRIT LIVING INSIDE OF THEM THEN CHRIST CLEANSES THERE HEART IF THAT PERSON GOES TO CHURCH READS THERE BIBLE AND STARTS TO GET ROOTED IN FAITH THAT PERSON NOW HAS A PURPOSE EVERYONE CHRIST SAVES HAS A PURPOSE THE BIBLE TELLS US TO BE FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT WE CAN DO NOTHING WITHOUT HIM THE ONLY WAY TO BE FILLED IS TO YIELD.......... ANYWAY THERE IS ETERNAL SECURITY IN CHRIST you can throw all your verses out there but they all point back to man what you can.
