Calling out sin

Sometimes on YouTube I watch some evangelical preachers and teachers who talks about a lot of the things going on in the world and just how it’s getting. I like what I hear from them for the most part because they preach and teach from the Bible. But I do notice some of tend to talk about certain celebrities that are supposedly “saved” and they tend call out certain sins that these people do or that they speak. Personally I think that’s a dangerous thing to do if you’re a christian, because if you’re not careful you may find yourself in the mindset that you think that everyone is a sinner but you and that’s not a good mindset to be in. Because even though you are saved you are still in a sinful body. Just because someone commits a sin worser than you doesn’t mean their sins are greater your’s. In the end sin is sin, and no matter how big or small it’s all the same. No person’s sin is greater than other person’s. That’s why I think it’s, not really wrong, but unwise to make a person’s sin public. Do I believe we should call sin though? Yes. But in private. It’s not our duties to make another person’s sin public to make an example out of them or something. I believe that’s the Lord’s job to do. He can make a person’s sins known. I know what you might be asking “What exactly should we do when we see someone sin?”. The answer, pray. Pray the will give them conviction and pray that they will ask the Lord for forgiveness. Because remember, even though we might be saved (I don’t know rest of your hearts only my own) we aren’t perfect, and believe it or not we can still sin and fall away from God. That’s why we should always be in prayer and constantly in the word of God. I know it’s frustrating when you hear someone say something or see someone do something against God, and that’s fine, I personally get that way myself, but instead of being like Peter, drawing our swords and cutting off the ears of our enemies, we should be more like Jesus and ask God to forgive them, because they know not what they do.

@moon

Moon, you avoid answering questions just like dave, are you his disciple.

Now moon, will you answer the question, or will you continue to show the people here that you do not know who the Messiah is in the Old Covenant.

One last question, if i knew your name, would it be ok if i called you Squigglywiggly instead, as that is what you name would be in the language i translate it into, with a different meaning.

Quiz, the reason Christians confess sin is because it’s commanded by God. It’s as simple as that.

Quiz, I’ve asked the TeddyBug several times to give an answer concerning the last time he confessed sin in obedience to scriptures which says to confess sin daily.

But the TeddyBug refuses to answer.

Quiz, let’s see if you’re as fearful as the TeddyBug of answering this simple question: When did you (the whiz Quiz) last confess your sin as an act of obedience to scripture ⁉️⁉️

Quiz, you might want to inform yourself concerning the fine art of asking informed questions.

In all due respect, some of your questions belong in the same class as this question: “when is the 6pm parade?”

Now, don’t be a TeddyBug and dodge the confession question.
