I agree, but the disciples were in the process of choosing a replacement for Judas who was a “witness with us...” It was required the replacement meet the qualifications you mentioned using the citation
But Paul was never intended to be a replacement for Judas. He didn’t need to be and therefore was not subject to that particular set of apostolic qualifications
This thread is hard work, even non believers know about the road to Damascus, it is used as a means to describe a moment of enlightenment which Paul (then called Saul) has in the book of Acts last time I looked.
I don't understand the contention between the legitimacy of Paul as an apostle and certain verses.
The last bit in the Bible about adding and changing what is written used to say their name would be blotted out of the lambs book of life. No mention of a tree.

I’m not sure who your post replies to but I believe Paul the Apostle was called directly by Jesus Christ himself and Paul was given the credentials to prove it. Some of those credentials including the power to heal. No other persons where given the power to heal other than those specifically approved Christ.
False apostles also claim to heal. But they prove they were never called by God to heal because they >>can’t<< genuinely heal, they can only fake heal.
