In the very start in verse 1, the Messiah says - “he that entereth NOT by the door (Messiah IS THE DOOR) into the sheepfold (ALL sheep/persons make daily choices) but climbeth up (man makes his own rules) some other way, the same is a thief and a robber! So there you go, do things your own way outside the LAWS of YHWH and you become a sinner! I could give you other examples from that chapter like verses 37 and 38 where the Messiah teaches that TRUE believers KNOW that WORKS always follow FAITHFULNESS in order to PROVE your FAITH! FAITH is what saves us!

Moon is correct again that Hebrews chapter 6, focusing in on verse 15 that says we must 'patiently endure' unto the end of our lives 'to obtain the promise' of which of course is eternal life! Moon correctly gives another example in chapter 5 verse 14 that we MUST 'exercise (our FAITH) to discern both good and evil' on a DAILY basis!

Just like Moon says 'we are not under the Law but under grace' and so true because 'grace' is also by His POWER that we can even keep His LAW to begin with BY FAITH! As to not make 'grace' a disgrace/powerless! So we are not under the LAW, its penalty of death when we are NOT breaking it! The LAW only condemns a sinner to death, never saves them!
Quiz corruptly thinks 'by saving them thru faith in His Son, without the law' as if you would even know what's sin was without the LAW??? Hugs, you always want to do something to be saved, instead of just trusting Messiah to save you, is that not ANOTHER Gospel, which is not another.
Now John 10 verses 22 - 39
22 At that time the Feast of Dedicationb took place in Jerusalem. It was winter,

Hugs, if you are not trusting Messiah, and Messiah alone to save you, then you are doomed.
Obeying the law, and good works cannot save anyone.
Your sooo right Moon, that should a Christian EVER chose to sin again, to go back to the flesh and deny the Set apart Holy Spirit from the Father that can keep them from 'backsliding' as you correctly say, then all they have to do is repent and be saved from those new sins they committed!
YHWH the Father will always CONVICT a TRUE believer as you say Moon of their sins should they choose to become an unbeliever again. The problem with papa David and son Quiz is they have a pet sin they still want to commit on a daily basis and therefore try to twist the Bible meaning into saying that 'no one is able to take a believer from Him' (including the person themselves) except how soon they forget that the Christian is still a FREE WILL creature and can change their mind at any time and become an unbeliever again!
