For long hair is given to her as a covering, If anyone wants to be contentious about this {Like LittlestDavid} we have no other practice --nor do the **CHURCHES OF GOD**! There are some who wrongly teach that Jesus had long hair. However, according to John 16{12-14 Jesus told the holy spirit what to inspire all the writers of the NT exactly what to write, and He certainly would not have inspired the words **IT IS A **DISGRACE FOR A MAN TO HAVE LONG HAIR** if He had **LONG HAIR**!! And some say that Jesus had a beard. However, beards are mentioned 5 times in the OT and beards are **NOT EVEN MENTIONED ONCE IN THE NT**!! Unfortunately about 80 percent of the pictures of Jesus sinfully show that Jesus had **LONG HAIR ** and a medium sized beard including the statues of Jesus on the Roman Catholic Cross. Littlest David has 3 pictures of himself on his profile: One picture displays the **LONG HAIR** on his head wn to his shoulders. Another picture which Littlest David has been showing has a short beard and does not show the long hair on his head. The third picture which LittlestDavid has been showing in the last week proudly shows the long hair on his beard. Littlest claims that since the Amish have long hair on their beards and hair it also OK for him. Littlest David also claims the Scripture does not really show that it is a **DISGRACE FOR A MAN TO HAVE **LONG HAIR**???? These inspired Words of God are **COMPLETELY CLEAR** Post Reply

My Amish and Brethren friends have long held to the proper interpretation of the passage of scripture in Corinthians concerning hair length of men and women. That’s why the Amish have maintained the same length over the years by not following the world in everything. But false teachers like the Pinocchio prophetic follows the world in whatever style happens to be popular. He thinks the style he likes is the biblical one. One of the many traits of false teachers, like those held by Jack Hyles at Hyles Anderson College in Hammond Indiana, falsely teach that Jesus had extremely short hair and didn’t even have a beard—which is contradictory to the word of God. When Jack Hyles, a founder of Hyles/Anderson Bible College was asked about Jesus persecutors “plucking off Jesus’ beard” according to scripture, Hyle’s replied that Jesus was arrested the night before and hadn’t shaved so there was enough beard growth to pluck!!! It’s amazing how far a false teacher will go to deny scripture and to force scripture into whatever false narrative the false teacher desires. Just like false teacher Jack Hyles, Richard the Pinocchio prophetic retrojects modern hair lengths and styles, that he prefers, to Paul’s day. It’s not surprising the Pinocchio prophetic falsely interprets Paul’s letter because the Pinocchio false prophetic has a history of lying about others on this forum and teaching many false heretical teachings Post Reply

He has no way to refute being exposed as a liar, false teacher and heretic so all he can do is talk about my hair and accuse me of lying about the Amish. I was talking about the Amish I know he, not the Pennsylvania Amish. As a false prophetic who exposes his extreme ignorance on a daily basis is also ignorant that the Amish do not always hold exactly to the same form of doctrine from group to group. Richard can’t find a single scripture that says a man can’t have a long beard so he resorts to false interpretation of Paul’s writing in Corinthians that speaks about long hair (not long beards) of men and women in Paul’s day. Richard must think women grow beards. The false prophetic Richard reveals his profound biblical ignorance when he claims I’m going against Paul’s teaching. Apparently Richard, the Pinocchio prophetic thinks the modern hair style on some men consisting of closely cropped hair around the temples must be what men wore in Paul’s day Post Reply

Common characteristics of first-century Jews: Dark eyes. Bearded (Isaiah 50:6 indicates the Messiah would wear a beard). ^^^ see post above. Around 5 foot, 1 inch tall. Average weight of 110 pounds. Did Y'shua take a Nazarite vow? Samson was set apart by God from birth to be under this vow. His story is told in the book of Judges chapters 13-16. Y'shua would not have been allowed to drink wine or other alcoholic drinks. He would not have eaten or drunk anything with grapes in it. He would not have come near a dead body. He would have had long hair. If at any point He had violated any of the rules, He would have broken the vow, and He would have been required to shave His head (Numbers 6:9). Post Reply
