The "sons of Anak" are from southern Palestine. This would've included men like Goliath of Gath. These are the Nephilim, and every time they are mentioned they are people. Deut 9:2 A people great and tall, the children of the Anakims, whom thou knowest, and of whom thou hast heard say, Who can stand before the children of Anak! "A people great and tall..." Caleb drove three of them out in the book of Joshua, which is well after the flood. Josh 15:14 And Caleb drove thence the three sons of Anak, Sheshai, and Ahiman, and Talmai, the children of Anak. Nephilim, aka "Sons of Anak" as noted in Numbers are always mentioned as giants who are human. Post Reply

Your last post.....well.....shows you have just enough knowledge of Judaism to be a danger to yourself and others. We have the Torah, the Prophets and the Writings. Just like the Church has the Traditions of the fathers, so Judaism has the Oral Torah, namely the Jerusalem Talmud and Babylonian Talmud. Written down after Jesus). Just as Church Tradition tells Christians HOW to interpret the Bible so the Oral Torah tells Jews HOW to interpret the Bible. Therefore modern Christianity has become much like the Pharisees who make new doctrines and demand their acceptance under penalty of separation from GOD. That's why I take both with a grain of salt but whole heartily accept the Oral Torah of Y'shua (Jesus's instructions on HOW to interpret the Bible) Post Reply
