You are saved by his death (sacrifice) ...then he says , The blood is just a euphemistic way of saying death...Well euphemistic means the same thing, just said in a different way....so does the blood save or death? I know his sacrifice takes away sins and his blood saves us from wrath. I wonder how you defend McArthur on this since to me he seems to be speaking in riddles since he said there wasn't anything magic in his blood. .

I have a blood sprinkled book. My bible comes from the Textus Receptus or received text.. It does not shy away from the bloody sacrifice nor does it take entire verses out and/or demote them to mere footnotes.. It doesn't have a copyright on it because it's words have not been changed so much that it needs one. I cannot speak for the New KJV or the KJV 2000 which I do not use.
I have used the 1611 and authorized version.
All modern translations come from the wicked occult Westcott and Hort duo. The New International Version (NIV) first published in 1978 claims to be based on the Nestle-Aland Greek Text, which is similar to
the Westcott-Hort text because it is also based on the Alexandarian Greek texts. The Alexandarian texts are the Sinaiticus and Vaticanus.
Sinaiticus was found in the trash at a religious site at the foot of Mount Sinai in A.D.1844. Codex Vaticanus, a 4th century document, was found in 1481 in the Vatican library in Rome, where it had apparently
been for a long time.

You are NOT reading the 1611.
I have a personal copy of the 1611 and it is almost unreadable because it's in a different English language from 400 years ago. You probably are using the 8th revision?
And there is NO extant copy of the Textus Receptus, nada, zilch, nothing.
Instead of studying KJVOnlyism propaganda, why don't you study the methods of Bible Translation and educate yourself on the what, why and how of the different translations. Then you will be in a much better position to decide how the text should read.
Reading only one translation is like tying one hand behind your back.

So we just learned that Moses sprinkled the blood upon two things: the ALTER and the PEOPLE. Now carefully notice that the Bible teaches us in the New Testament, that Moses sprinkled the blood on the ALTER, the PEOPLE, and “THE BOOK”!!! Moses took the Lamb's blood and sprinkled it upon the alter, the people and “THE BOOK”!!! ...
Hebrews 9:18-22, “Whereupon neither the first testament was dedicated without blood. For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people, Saying, This is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you. Just as the blood Jesus shed at Calvary, reached back retroactively all the way to Adam, to take away the sins of the Old Testament saints, which animal blood could not do—that same Calvary blood reached back and sprinkled the Old Testament Scriptures. Hebrews 9:18, “Whereupon neither the first testament (Old Testament) was dedicated without blood.” That's a negative way of saying that the First (or Old) Testament was dedicated WITH BLOOD. Got that? Not just what Moses had written to that point, but the entire Old testament!
The Bible Also Needs Purification
The holy Bible (AL 66 BOOKS) needs purification by blood. There are three reasons why God's Word must be purified with blood:
IT WAS WRITTEN BY SINFUL MEN - Moses knew that he was a sinful man. Yet, God was using him to write the pure Word of God. When Moses finished penning the words which God Had dictated to him, he immediately purified the Bible with blood. The blood keeps it pure!
IT WAS COPIED BY SINFUL MEN - The Alexandrian crowd tell us that when the copies were made, we lost the inspiration, we lost the perfection, and lost the truth partially, and the old originals are gone; and so we have to listen to the Alexandrians to find out what God said. No, God kept one set of manuscripts perfect and pure, by the blood, even though it was being copied by sinful men. It is a blood-sprinkled Book, and the blood purifies!!!
IT HAS BEEN TRANSLATED BY SINFUL MEN - If it's not a blood-sprinkled Book, it's going to be wrong from day one. If it's not a blood-sprinkled Book, the contaminating hands of men would mess it up. Look what they've done with the stuff that's not sprinkled with the blood, that they call a “Bible”! Aren't you glad you've got a blood-sprinkled Book?!
Notice that Jesus said they are, “My words” Matthew 24:35, “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.” Jesus is the Author of the Word of God. Hebrews 12:2, “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.” Where do you get your faith from? That's right, the Word of God (Romans 10:17). So the Author must continually purify His Book, with His blood, because it's handled by sinful men.
God Only Wrote One Book... THE BOOK!!!
Look here again at Hebrews 9:19, “For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people.” There are eight words you ought to underline in that verse, so that when you look at that verse, they'll stand out to your eyes.

(12) How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning!--The word for Lucifer is, literally, the shining one, the planet Venus, the morning star, the son of the dawn, as the symbol of the Babylonian power, which was so closely identified with astrolatry. "Lucifer" etymologically gives the same meaning, and is used by Latin poets (Tibull. i., 10, 62) for Venus, as an equivalent for the phosphoros of the Greeks. The use of the word, however, in mediaeval Latin as a name of Satan, whose fall was supposed to be shadowed forth in this and the following verse, makes its selection here singularly unfortunate. Few English readers realise the fact that it is the king of Babylon, and not the devil, who is addressed as Lucifer. While this has been the history of the Latin word, its Greek and English equivalents have risen to a higher place, and the "morning star" has become a name of the Christ (Revelation 22:16).

Verse 12. - How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer! Babylon's sudden fall is compared, with great force and beauty, to the (seeming) fall of a star from heaven. The word translated "Lucifer" means properly "shining one," and no doubt here designates a star; but whether any particular star or no is uncertain. The LXX. translated by ἑωσφόρος, whence our "Lucifer." The subjoined epithet, "son of the morning" or "of the dawn," accords well with this rendering. How art thou cut down to the ground! One of Isaiah's favorite changes of metaphor. It is a favorite metaphor also to which he reverts - that of representing the destruction of a nation by the felling of a tree or of a forest (comp. Isaiah 2:12, 13; Isaiah 10:33, 34, etc.). Which didst weaken the nations; rather, which didst prostrate the nations. The word used is one of great force (comp. Exodus 17:13; Job 14:10).

14:1-23 The whole plan of Divine Providence is arranged with a view to the good of the people of God. A settlement in the land of promise is of God's mercy. Let the church receive those whom God receives. God's people, wherever their lot is cast, should endeavour to recommend religion by a right and winning conversation. Those that would not be reconciled to them, should be humbled by them. This may be applied to the success of the gospel, when those were brought to obey it who had opposed it. God himself undertakes to work a blessed change. They shall have rest from their sorrow and fear, the sense of their present burdens, and the dread of worse. Babylon abounded in riches. The king of Babylon having the absolute command of so much wealth, by the help of it ruled the nations. This refers especially to the people of the Jews; and it filled up the measure of the king of Babylon's sins. Tyrants sacrifice their true interest to their lusts and passions. It is gracious ambition to covet to be like the Most Holy, for he has said, Be ye holy, for I am holy; but it is sinful ambition to aim to be like the Most High, for he has said, He who exalts himself shall be abased. The devil thus drew our first parents to sin. Utter ruin should be brought upon him. Those that will not cease to sin, God will make to cease. He should be slain, and go down to the grave; this is the common fate of tyrants. True glory, that is, true grace, will go up with the soul to heaven, but vain pomp will go down with the body to the grave; there is an end of it. To be denied burial, if for righteousness' sake, may be rejoiced in, Mt 5:12. But if the just punishment of sin, it denotes that impenitent sinners shall rise to everlasting shame and contempt. Many triumphs should be in his fall. God will reckon with those that disturb the peace of mankind. The receiving the king of Babylon into the regions of the dead, shows there is a world of spirits, to which the souls of men remove at death. And that souls have converse with each other, though we have none with them; and that death and hell will be death and hell indeed, to all who fall unholy, from the height of this world's pomps, and the fulness of its pleasures. Learn from all this, that the seed of evil-doers shall never be renowned. The royal city is to be ruined and forsaken. Thus the utter destruction of the New Testament Babylon is illustrated, Re 18:2. When a people will not be made clean with the besom of reformation, what can they expect but to be swept off the face of the earth with the besom of destruction?

(12) How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning!--The word for Lucifer is, literally, the shining one, the planet Venus, the morning star, the son of the dawn, as the symbol of the Babylonian power, which was so closely identified with astrolatry. "Lucifer" etymologically gives the same meaning, and is used by Latin poets (Tibull. i., 10, 62) for Venus, as an equivalent for the phosphoros of the Greeks. The use of the word, however, in mediaeval Latin as a name of Satan, whose fall was supposed to be shadowed forth in this and the following verse, makes its selection here singularly unfortunate. Few English readers realise the fact that it is the king of Babylon, and not the devil, who is addressed as Lucifer. While this has been the history of the Latin word, its Greek and English equivalents have risen to a higher place, and the "morning star" has become a name of the Christ (Revelation 22:16).

Verse 12. - How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer! Babylon's sudden fall is compared, with great force and beauty, to the (seeming) fall of a star from heaven. The word translated "Lucifer" means properly "shining one," and no doubt here designates a star; but whether any particular star or no is uncertain. The LXX. translated by ἑωσφόρος, whence our "Lucifer." The subjoined epithet, "son of the morning" or "of the dawn," accords well with this rendering. How art thou cut down to the ground! One of Isaiah's favorite changes of metaphor. It is a favorite metaphor also to which he reverts - that of representing the destruction of a nation by the felling of a tree or of a forest (comp. Isaiah 2:12, 13; Isaiah 10:33, 34, etc.). Which didst weaken the nations; rather, which didst prostrate the nations. The word used is one of great force (comp. Exodus 17:13; Job 14:10).

14:1-23 The whole plan of Divine Providence is arranged with a view to the good of the people of God. A settlement in the land of promise is of God's mercy. Let the church receive those whom God receives. God's people, wherever their lot is cast, should endeavour to recommend religion by a right and winning conversation. Those that would not be reconciled to them, should be humbled by them. This may be applied to the success of the gospel, when those were brought to obey it who had opposed it. God himself undertakes to work a blessed change. They shall have rest from their sorrow and fear, the sense of their present burdens, and the dread of worse. Babylon abounded in riches. The king of Babylon having the absolute command of so much wealth, by the help of it ruled the nations. This refers especially to the people of the Jews; and it filled up the measure of the king of Babylon's sins. Tyrants sacrifice their true interest to their lusts and passions. It is gracious ambition to covet to be like the Most Holy, for he has said, Be ye holy, for I am holy; but it is sinful ambition to aim to be like the Most High, for he has said, He who exalts himself shall be abased. The devil thus drew our first parents to sin. Utter ruin should be brought upon him. Those that will not cease to sin, God will make to cease. He should be slain, and go down to the grave; this is the common fate of tyrants. True glory, that is, true grace, will go up with the soul to heaven, but vain pomp will go down with the body to the grave; there is an end of it. To be denied burial, if for righteousness' sake, may be rejoiced in, Mt 5:12. But if the just punishment of sin, it denotes that impenitent sinners shall rise to everlasting shame and contempt. Many triumphs should be in his fall. God will reckon with those that disturb the peace of mankind. The receiving the king of Babylon into the regions of the dead, shows there is a world of spirits, to which the souls of men remove at death. And that souls have converse with each other, though we have none with them; and that death and hell will be death and hell indeed, to all who fall unholy, from the height of this world's pomps, and the fulness of its pleasures. Learn from all this, that the seed of evil-doers shall never be renowned. The royal city is to be ruined and forsaken. Thus the utter destruction of the New Testament Babylon is illustrated, Re 18:2. When a people will not be made clean with the besom of reformation, what can they expect but to be swept off the face of the earth with the besom of destruction?
