Many Messianic Jews do not believe in eternal hell and that Jesus did not change any Old Testament Laws and that most of Paul's letters can not be trusted or inspired by God. There are some Messianic Jews whose doctrines are not that extreme and I am making a wild guess that about 20,000 are truly born again Christians. There are about 6 1/2 million Jews in Israel, about 6 1/2 million Jews in the USA and about 2 million Jews in the rest of the world or about 15 million Jews.
So if about 50,000 Jews are born again then 100 times that amount or 5,000,000 Jews will be saved during the Great Tribulation as per:

They will be **TORMENTED WITH BURNING SULFUR** in the presence of the holy angels and the **LAMB**. And the smoke of **THEIR TORMENT WILL RISE FOR EVER AND EVER**. There will be **NO REST DAY OR NIGHT** for those who worship the Beast!!
Revelation 22:16,16,19: "I, Jesus, have sent My angel to give you this testimony for the churches.... I warn everyone who reads the words of this prophecy of this book. If anyone**ADDS** {Like *SAD*lup} anything to them, God will add to them all the plagues described in this book {Including eternal torment in hell like Rev 14:9-11 & Rev 20:10 above}. And if anyone **TAKES WORDS AWAY** {Like *SAD*lup} from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him any share in the Tree of Life and in the Holy City {The New Jerusalem}, which are described in this book!!"
Matthew 25:41,46: "Then Jesus will say to those on His left, 'Depart from Me, you who are cursed, into the **ETERNAL FIRE** prepared for the Devil and his angels.... Then they will go away to **ETERNAL PUNISHMENT**, but the righteous to **ETERNAL LIFE**!!
2 Thessalonians 1:8,9: Jesus will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the Gospel of our Lord Jesus. They will be punished with **EVERLASTING** destruction!!
Daniel 12:1,2: There will be a time of distress {The Great Tribulation} such as not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people--everyone whose name is found written in the {**LAMB'S**} Book--will be delivered. Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to **EVERLASTING LIFE**, others to shame and **EVERLASTING CONTEMPT**!!
John 12:48: Jesus says, "There is a Judge for those who do not accept **MY WORDS*, the very words I have spoken will condemn them at the Last Day!!"
And those who do accept the Words of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ on everlasting torment in Hell have committed an unpardonable sins off **ADDING** and **TAKING WORDS AWAY** from the **WORD OF GOD**!!
And so God's Word clearly shows when the lost are thrown **ALIVE** into the **FIERY LAKE OF BURNING SULFUR** they will be:
**TORMENTED DAY AND NIGHT FOR EVER AND EVER** {Revelation 20:10 above}
**THEIR TORMENT WILL RISE FOR EVER AND EVER AND THEY WILL HAVE NO REST DAY OR NIGHT** {Revelation 14:9-11 above}
**THEY WILL HAVE SHAME AND EVERLASTING CONTEMPT** {Daniel 12:2 above}
**THEY WILL HAVE ETERNAL PUNISHMENT IN THE ETERNAL FIRE** {Matthew 25:41,46 above}
