Is God omnipresent?

Does God know everything we're doing, everywhere, all-the-time? Using an old experiment from quantum physics (Young's et al.) I think we can scientifically prove He isn't.

Young's experiment involves shooting a beam of light through two slits in a sheet of paper onto a wall opposite. Because light particles behave like a wave and a particle, the way they show up on the far wall depends on whether someone's observing or not (a cornerstone of quantum theory - that we alter reality simply by observing it.) But if God were omnipresent, He should be the observer required to make light behave just one way all the time.

In Judaism, we pray aloud (no silent prayer) which seems to suggest that God doesn't read minds either (directly contrary to Christianity with how Jesus says in Matthew think it is, "...a man looking at a woman with lust in his eyes has already commited adultery with her..." As in, thoughts can be sinful. Claims that God possesses various attributes like mind-reading, omnipresence, etc. don't seem to be supported by Scripture:

In Genesis, God calls out to Adam as though He didn't know where he was. Then again asking Able where Cain was. And so on. These could be literary devices of course, but they're repeated often enough to raise the question of whether God really "sees all that we do."

Thoughts?

Jeff shockingly says:

And you're all STILL not getting my point. There's a scientific experiment that seems to disprove God being omnipresent. So with that staring you in the face, do you have another scientific experiment that does? Scripture isn't science, nor proof.

Truly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child shall not enter it. Mark 10:15

More importantly it violates the commandment, not to create a graven image of G-d.
