Does God Give You Dreams that come true? Your dreams could be in a Book. Im looking for 2 or 3 more God given dreams to publish. Let me know your dreams!

here in Job 33:14 God tells us why he gives us dreams, so cool.

Job 33:14 For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not.

15 In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed;

16 Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction,

17 That he may withdraw man from his purpose.

29 Lo, all these things worketh God oftentimes with man,

30 To to be enlightened with the light of the living.

Warning and prophetic dreams. Im very interested!

Where are they ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Deborahe, you asked(( Was the dream from God? Do you know the interpretation?))

It is like none I have ever heard of from God, I guess you would be the one to know that. Where as the other two made sense to me this one seemed more like a nightmare.

Remember we do have nightmares. Not all are from God.

You would be the one to know for sure but I cant make heads or tails of it. God bless,,,,, Bruce!(( hedgedweller))

I don't know if I've ever had a prophetic dream or not, most of my dreams aren't cryptic or anything and normaly occur when I'm delving deep into scripture or going through a hard time. The strongest dreams come when I've sinned.

I don't like sharing my dreams because I don't want to be viewed as prideful or drawing attention to myself. However, I did have a dream that was very humbling to me and I could share without fear of being praised for it or anything.

One night found myself sleeping under a tree in a dream. I had my eyes close and I could feel the warm sun on my face and I could hear a sound like a thousand blades of grass rustling in the wind. It was soothing and I was almost content sitting there listening but my curiosity got the better of me and I opened my eyes just a bit. As I opened my eyes I saw a long dirt path streching as far as the eye could see to my left and to my right, on the other side of the road was some kind of feild with something in it, I couldn't make it out because I was so tired and I judged that the effort needed to discern the contents would be wasted energy. I was able to close my eyes again when out of the corner of my eye on my right I saw a man walking towards me. I suppose he was dressed in white, I don't really remember seeing anything clearly. But I remember him getting closer and closer to me, and as he approached I felt this wave of shame wash over me, like a child whose neglected some chore and his parents are home. Then to my horrror he stopped in front of me, I didn't dare look at his face but I could feel him. I sensed hiim look at me, look at the feild behind him, shake his head once, and then walk right past me without speaking a word. As he passed I dared to look up, and when I looked up the feild on the other side of the road became vividly clear. It was an ocean of golden wheat waving in the wind as far as the eye could see. I then realized that I was a laboror in that feild and the good Master had returned only to find me sleeping. I was so grieved that I woke up in tears. He found me sleeping. So much harvest and no one to reap.

*shrugs* My dream is self explanitory. I don't know if it was real or not. Sometimes I think I dream things to convict myself and teach myself. I don't have a great understanding of biblical dreams and their significance. I just know I need hurt more for the lost and dying.

I've had other dreams, some about washing feet, others about spiritual warfare. Most seem to humble me and I like that.

totally amazing my brother,,,,the only thing that saddens me is when you said you didnt know if it was real or not. If your dream isnt real then I will quit preaching my friend,, that was from God,, no doubt.

Dont ever be asshamed to reveal your dreams. Can I tell you something that I have come to understand about Gods spirit, please hear me my brother.

When God gives you a dream, visits you, heals you or does something miraculus in your life, whether by discerments or prophsey or word of knowledge. When you repeat what has happened O U R ,,, G R E A T ,,, G O D ,,,, in heaven will always come back and revisit you experience with his witness or anointing.

As I read your dream I felt and knew it was God given. My friend, it's not about pride, and so what if someone thinks it is. It is about speaking of the things of which we have heard and seen,,, just like the disciples sad in the word of god.

You ,,will,, never,, be,, more,, powerful,, and,, anointed,, than when you are speaking as a first hand witness in the things of god.

My brother, always tell that dream to people,,,, there is conviction in it,, and he that has ears will hear it,

you said((I don't know if I've ever had a prophetic dream))

of course you have,,,, the one just told you was vewry prophetic,,,, it was a prophetic warning.

you said,,, (( I don't want to be viewed as prideful or drawing attention to myself))

you will know within yourself when you are doing this. and God's spirit will lead and teach you all things. We cannot be afraid of what others think of us or we will be choked by it..

,,,J U S T,,, B E,,,,yourself,,, you will be just fine,,

The gift will make room for its self.

you said(( Somuch harvest and no one to reap)). My younger brother,,, I wish I was just starting over again. God is good.

you said((I think I dream things to convict myself and teach myself)),,,, you dont have the power to dream those kind of dreams within your self. we do dream within ourselves but that was not one of them... you will alway know when they are from God,,,, he will teach you when its him... ten years from now you wont say that.

last you said((I don't have a great understanding of biblical dreams and their significance)). PLease read the first post scriptures from Job 33 it will tell you a lot of information on why god gives dreams. you are onew who studies so you will get it quickly....

you said((I just know I need hurt more for the lost and dying)).Not hurt,, but compassion and understanding.

you said((I've had other dreams, some about washing feet, others about spiritual warfare)). I hope you will find the time to tell us some of them,,,

Wow...well I think you're correct in much of what you said. It's not that I'm afraid of men so much, as all men can do is kill my body, but I don't to reprove a scoffer you know? So many times I've opened my heart to those who would only trample our Lord under their feet. I just try and plant seeds in the hearts of those who have ears to hear as you've said. I think you're correct in that I probably can't create a dream like that on my own and I do believe the Lord gave it to me for a reason. I think I will continue to share it and I thank you for your encouragement.

I think what I ment when I said I didn't have very much understanding of spiritual dreams is that I haven't really met people who search for them. I've never asked God for these dreams, they just come to me.

Anyways, I'll share a few more if you think it's benificial *smiles*

Your younger brother in Christ,

Johnathan

of course share them my friend,,,, those that are from God will bless people.

Gods spirit and anointing will revisit the writng or the telling of the dream everytime someone reads or hears it ,,,

it is the law of devine intervention or visitation..

God is so good and faithful,,, when he does something for us, he will and is also doing it for others in that when we tell it God will send his anointing to bear witness, again again again. god bless,,, just as I read your dream god spoke to me also through it,,,, bye bye,,, Bruce( hedgedweller)

(Numbers 12: 5,6)

" And the Lord came down in the pillar of the cloud, and stood in the door of the tabernacle, and called Aaron and Miriam:and they both came forth. And He said,Hear now my words; If there be a prophet among you ,I the Lord will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream."

I really think you should talk to me.My daughter thinks that I am a sensitive, which is very hard at times because I really am,and because the normal function in this world has always been very difficult at times.I have often had dreams that have come true or have shown me the true nature of people I have been close to.One,I woke up one very warm summer night from a dream where a very beautiful light mist of a rain was falling, and I thought how strange to be raining in July. The next day I took the children I was taking care of to a park and I was standing near the play park and sure enough this light mist of a rain started falling on me.It was part of the park,an unbrella mister.ANyway there are many more, but right now what I would like to talk to you about is the idea of a Christian commune.I own a piece of property in N.California and I have always loved the idea of Christians living together in harmony. If you know any one who is involved in living this way or have any contacts for me could you please let me know. Does God give you dreams that come true?

It's 2 in the morning and I'm having a hard time sleeping so I thought I'd take the time to write something else to ease my mind. I've fought so hard and so long that I can't even pick up my sword, I'm just sleeping under my shield and waiting for my strength to return. I suppose I'll share a dream I had awhile back while I catch my breath.

One night I had a simple dream in which God spoke to me. He said, Today is your last day on earth Johnathan, so live your final moments as you please In the dream I saw myself jumping in front of a car and pushing some little girl out of the way, the next thing I saw was myself getting hit by a car. After that my mind started to wander and I wondered how I would live my life when the dream ended. I dreamed that I ran out into the streets and screamed my lungs out telling the world God was life and we were sinners. I dreamed that I ran into a stadium, interrupted a speaker and poured my heart out to a massive crowd of people. I dreamed that I reconciled with all those Id wronged and brokenly apologized to all Id offended. I imagined I hugged my mother and my brothers in a way that said I loved them more than just obligated family affection. I did many things and lived my life the way I should have lived it all along.

But then I woke up from my dream, I sat in my bed and wondered what I should do. Was it real? Did God really speak to me? Does God really speak in dreams? Should I take this seriously? I went to my college classes that day, I talked with my friends, I laughed, I ate, I daydreamed, and I didnt live my life any differently. When the day ended I heard the Lords words in my ear again, he said Even knowing this was your last day on earth you didnt change your ways? I said, No Lord, I wasnt able to believe the dream, I thought it was just a message to be ready, or to change as I was able I dont remember if the Lord replied or what else happened that evening. Obviously I havent died yet, but the guilt of realizing I didnt live my life as if I was dying has stayed with me and I imagine it will never fully leave my mind.

So what if the Lord told you this was your last day? Could you live it any differently? Would you suddenly stand and be counted? Would you raise your sword and fight for once? Or would you sink back into your bed like I did and sleep as if tomorrow will never come and today will never end? I dont have the answer to this question as I cant answer it for myselfbut I can tell you this, Im awake now and aware my days are numbered.

Love,

Johnathan
