God made woman of the man, for the man, for the glory of the man. He did a very good thing. There is no lack of misappropriations and misinterpretations of scriptures by the masses and the term "Help Meet" is not an exception. It comes from Genesis 2:18 "And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him." Going back to basic 4th grade English, we need to look up the words "help" & "meet" to define their meanings AND parts of speech. "Help" in the context is the noun which means an aid or assistant. "Meet" is an adjective. It means "suitable, proper, convenient, qualified." For a woman to say that she is a "Help Meet" makes no literal sense. It's the same as saying that she's an "assistant suitable" or a "help qualified" God made a help suitable for him. God made man in the image of God, for the glory of God. Does the Holy Spirit go against the scriptures in what the Holy Spirit tells us? You again and again advocate for divorce and marriage after divorce, Moonshine. Something that Christ never does. Your teachings on divorce go far beyond Matthew 19:9 which you use to justify divorce and women divorcing their husbands. That you are partly against divorce seems partly commendable. Post Reply

I can see that there is a tone of bitterness among a couple of men, as I can see there is a tone of bitterness in your own responses. I do not, in any way desire to use corrupt communication (tearing anyone down) in bitterness with any evil intent. It is imperative that people be corrected, reproved, rebuked and exhorted by the word of God, so much more so in these last days where deception abounds in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is written. "Got Questions?" Seek God in the secret place of the Most High and read his words (King James Version for English speaking people). If you have not been born of the Spirit of Christ, you must be and that can only happen when you repent unto the Lord with sorrow, confessing your sins before Him through faith in his only begotten Son,,Jesus Christ, The Lord. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we justify our sins, we forsake mercy! Do not call evil good or call good evil. Do not set darkness for light or light for darkness! God says if a woman will learn anything, let her ask her husband. He did not say let her go to the organizations that use the name of Jesus Christ for their own benefit and wrest the scriptures with all sorts of theological contradictions. We are living in the days which were written of and there is coming a day of judgement which every man shall give account. In that day, Jesus shall say unto many people that believed that they were in the faith "depart from me, I never knew you. " That should terrify you. That should terrify anyone that claims the faith. He is speaking of an ACTUAL RELATIONSHIP (as opposed to the idea of one because someone prays and reads "christian literature). Jesus said "My sheep hear my voice." The many that shall be condemned, actually believed that their "faith in Jesus" was real because they identified themselves with his name and did many works in his name. They thought for sure that they would be saved. The key was that he never knew them. That is not to say that he didn't know who they were. He knew exactly who they were. He knew everything about them. He never knew them. Knowing someone is much more having genuine fellowship, hearing him speak and doing the things that he commands us to do. Please stop going through the motions. Get real with God. Your eternity depends on it. Post Reply

Keep it Up you all may still get some more takers to add to this Ametuers display of biblical ignorance. True christian Men are living under the New Covenant not under the Law. In debates that's called using ad hominem attacks, which is what people commonly resort to when they are holding on to the losing side of a debate because the information is irrefutable, so the fool resorts to attacking those that present the information rather than presenting any reasonable opposition to the actual information. You show what spirit you are of and whom your father is. As I said before, you must be born again. Eternity is not a matter of intellect or having a debate on . it is a matter that is of the utmost importance. For it is appointed unto man once to die and then comes the judgment. You need to get real with the Lord and stop going through the motions and pretending. You are not fooling God and you're not fooling his saints. Post Reply
